Meadowink Golf Course

Up. They did give me a rain check.

This is the third time I’ve played this course where the fairways are in horrible condition and it is cart path only. The course does not do well after rain and even after a week of no heavy rain, it remained in bad shape and no carts on the course. Obviously the course cannot manage the weather, but would hope that they gave notice when booking and/or adjust pricing accordingly. On a positive note though, I enjoy playing this course as it is challenging and fun.

This place is awful. Just stay away. Horrible layout and that course can’t hold a half inch of water without being a mosquitos heaven. Starter was something left to be desired. Just save yourself the time and stay away.

Staff has done a great job making the course more playable for the average golfer by removing a lot of dead and damaged trees while still accentuating the beautiful landscape. Off mark shots in many areas are a lot more forgiving. Will play again. 18 hole with cart rate is slightly higher than the average round in the area.

Nice course, a little pricey compared to comparable local courses

Overall, I really enjoyed the course. It was in great shape, and the layout made for a fun and challenging round. The smaller greens require accurate approach shots, and the doglegs force you to think your way around the course instead of just swinging away.

One thing I really liked is that the course isn’t overly long, making it enjoyable for golfers who don’t hit the ball 300 yards off the tee. It rewards good course management more than pure distance.

My only real complaint is the price. While I had a great time, I don’t think it’s a $70 weekend round. If green fees were a bit lower, I’d definitely play here more often.

I moved to Pittsburgh from out of state, I’d consider Meadowink my go-to course

I've played 4 other courses locally and by far Meadowink was in the best shape. It helped that we had a dry spell that allowed the ground to firm up a bit. Greens were solid and in good shape. Most tee boxes were in good shape, I recall a couple were chewed up.

I really enjoyed this course, not crazy long, some fun/challenging holes. Wish the staff would have let us (2$ play ahead of the group infront of us, but whatever…good time swinging the sticks

Greens great, fairways very good. It's s local 9 hole local course fun, but for the Augusta types I would not recommend.

Everybody is very friendly. Local pub at course, local watering hole. Great price for your play.

Great afternoon of golf. Only issue was we managed to get into the middle of a golf outing! Slower than normal play, but decent golfers overall.

The red tee boxes aren't maintained very well. They're not flat so half the time you're in standing lower than the ball.
