First time playing here

The course was in good shape. My son and I played it together and it was a decent course. The weather wasn't great as it was right before a big rainstorm. Lots of funky lies and the ground did seem very hard. Good value for the money.

Good value for your money

There’s nothing fancy about this course, but the greens and the fairways are in very good condition. Staff is very friendly. I think it’s a great value for the money.

Hidden Gem

Manor is an old time course with tight greens and a fair challenge. Its still mostly open if you hit astray.

Great Historic Course

Really fun, playable historical course in Berks County. Great staff, well maintained and good pace. Fun layout, definitely not a cookie cutter type course.

Love Manor!

Worth the drive every time. Very friendly staff, a great value for the round, and always in great shape. One of my favorite courses to play.
