Aerated greens are coming in nicely, everything is nice and lush and green. Good time of year to be playing.

Great condition for a public course to include tea boxes, fairways, and greens even though it was rated still very much playable. The course did not have a lot of “wow“ holes, but it was very fun to play and user-friendly. I would definitely come back again, even though it was an hour and 15 minutes.

The starter seems like he's very pretentious, and not a very nice individual. It's confusing why they keep him. Because the course is absolutely gorgeous

My wife and I played this club last week. We have not played this course in over 10 years and since the new ownership has taken over from the township. The staff said that troon is handling the grounds at the course. BIG MISTAKE ! The front holes 1 thru 8 greens were in bad shape around the holes. The holes were not changed in several days. The back 9 holes were much better. Thru-out the course, the sand traps were in un-playing condition. The fairways,tee boxes and back 9 greens were in good shape. I would question the use of troon on this course.Save your money and use local talent.

What a great course. Definitely get the country club vibes and a public price. Will be back. Great course to play.

We play here yearly, and the course is always in good shape, staff's always friendly. There have been a few changes to the layout and tee boxes and they have new carts. Unfortunately, it was over Labor day annd the Jacks was closed. Snack shop was open.

Reading is a great layout and a fun course to play.

A couple of my college roommates and I met for a little reunion. The course is challenging and beautiful. Everything was in great shape and the staff and restaurant were very nice.

As good as, or better than 90% of most other courses you can play within a one hour radius for the same price. The cart GPC systems help you not hit into other people when hitting blind shots (so long as they're in carts, too).

Closed pub was a bummer, but didn't;'t spoil the round,. I can accept that the course does need to give people time off, clean the taps, etc.

The tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in terrific shape. A fun, old-school course. Had a great time. Pace of play was good too. Picturesque as well.

The only negative was there were a few holes where the green/flag is a totally blind shot. Thank goodness we were in a cart so we could drive up and pick out a tree or building behind the green for our target.
