Reviews
There's a reason its cheap
They don't tell you you basically play the first 9 again (#10 is the only new tee box, but you're re-playing #1). There's no refunds because I'm sure a good majority would want a refund once they realized there was no back 9. Greens, fringes and bunkers were lacking. and not maintained well. Will never play there again.
Course in poor condition, not worth the $
This used to be a nice course, have played here many times. It’s really deteriorating, big bald patches on the greens, the putting surface hadn’t been mowed in a while, was like putting on fake AstroTurf. The fairways were ok, but the rough hadn’t been mowed in a while either, you had to pretty much stand over your ball to see it. That makes play pace slow when no one can find the ball. Pace was further slowed by the group of 5 walkers . Right after I paid the attendant closed up, hopped in a cart and started driving around to open holes and playing. Ok, but a a single golfer, that’s what I had to do, so now compete for open holes with the staff. paid $23 to play 9 holes, won’t be back anytime soon
Disappointed
I'm upset that while booking this was touted as 18 holes when really it's the same 9 holes twice, gets stale the second time around.
Disappointing
At the price, i wasn't expecting much, but I was still disappointed. Obviously was a farm not too long ago. The greens putted like a corn field. Not just slow, but very bumpy. And a lot of them were missing a lot of grass all together. The first hole starts with a par 5 that's just so poorly designed. A couple of the holes played like actual golf holes, and there was a decent view from 17, but for this part of the country, really a disappointment. The starter was very nice, and helped us out with a tip on the first hole.
Terrible
First time playing. Super slow because of 9 holes and playing 18... not a big deal. Course conditions: terrible. This course is not kept well and is by far the crappiest course i’ve ever played. Tee boxes are horrible. Greens are horrible. Fairways are horrible. Do not spend the money. Staff was great, just an ugly course
Rediculous
I played this course about 2 years ago and wrote a review so I decided to try it again to see if there were any improvements to justify their increased rates, sadly there are none. The congestion from players looping around to complete an 18 hole round is nothing short of rediculous. Golf now should not allow courses like this to use their network. Have some pride guys this game was built on prestige!
Good 9 Hole Course
Good 9 hole course but jammed up by re-playing folks for 18 holes play. Nice fairways and good green condition but too slow every holes. No complain for playing 18 holes w/ $11+ over Golfnow hot deal.
Discount Golf
Slow, slow greens, tight layout, lots of singles and twosomes on the course. It was cheap so I checked it out.
Great Round/Nice Day
Play this course from birth, was sorry to see front nine go. Double loop, two tee sets, old back nine. Course, in great shape, greens played a little slow. Except the challenge, you won’t be disappointed, cannot beat price, food and beverages open, outside only. Always a good day, ....
Took FOREVER!!!
WAY too many players for a nine holer!! A five hour round! Brutally slow! Won;t be back!
Great Day
The course was in very nice shape. We were a foursome that each to a cart. seemed no problem doing that. I could not fairly rate on staff on amenities due to it being closed and staff keep social distancing, but overall a great day of course with members of my family
Day after heavy rain
The course was wet from an overnight storm. The bunkers were being drained onto the playing surface, luckily I didn’t land in it. Course is only 9 holes with different tee box distances the second time through. We will go back just not after a night of rain if we can help it.
Awesome course for a great price
I paid $12 for a 7 am tee time - great pace of play, well kept course, and an awesome balance of challenge and fun. Wish I lived closer.
