The Grizzly Golf & Social Lodge - Grizzly Course

the course was in good condition and fun to play. I prepaid for 18 holes for two people, but the pace on the course as extremely slow. It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. And due to another appointment, we had to leave after 9 holes even though we paid for18 holes. So we basically paid double for 9 holes.

haven’t played this course since the clubhouse has been replaced. Everything was in great condition. The new clubhouse is amazing and the staff was great to us. Pace of play was good because it was a midweek teetime, but we weren’t rushed nor delayed at all. This is one of those that has a step above most courses in regards to great fairways and roughs. I didn’t remember all the holes, but I did remember some of them and it’s alway challenging and fun to be there.

One issue is the cart path signs to the next hole. They are not numbered. So if you make a wrong turn the signs just say next hole. So it’s unclear if it’s the correct hole. After finishing round and tired, we had to drive cart to the cart barn which was quite a ways away from where we parked. A long walk. Otherwise a great experience!

Starting time, price, and weather all went well. Pace of play about average for backup. Cart visuals for course layout, distance to pin, and 90degree rule a plus. I really missed the outdoor service for a beer and dog for halfway point that Sunday afternoon.

Always in good shape. Pace of play hasn’t been an issue. Great value in my opinion.

Course was in great shape and the greens were good condition. Green speeds were consistent. Pace of play was 5 hours on Sunday with it being cart path only. That being said it was a longer than expected round but completely understandable. I’ve played local courses on the weekends where 5 hours is normal and without cart path only. So great job keeping the pace going! Very nice comfortable carts.

Great course! Great shape for time of year, pace of play was slow... pretty sure there was an outing there the day I played, which would have a lot to do with that. Do not recommend booking on Golf Now tho. They were happy to give me a refund for only being able to play 9 die to darkness but I booked on GN so they couldn't help me because I was already charged the full amount by GN.

Took my son to play for his 15th birthday…can’t wait to play again. Great course, facility, and staff. Pace of play was on the slower side but to be expected with an 11:50 tee time.

Great time today! The new club house was beautiful! The course was in great shape!

First time playing here since the changes in the course. I really never recognized where the changes were, looked the same to me. i enjoy the course, but really do wish they would make the 18th a bit more playable for the average golfer, it’s just a bit much with the current layout. Not sure I like the location of the restaurant now, I agree with someone who said it looks like a hospital cafeteria, not sure what they intend to do with the old pro shop and restaurant buildings, hopefully they make them into something more inviting.

The course was closed to regular golf for 2 weeks. Upon reopening the greens and the fairways were in perfect shape!

course condition and green was great 3 weeks ago so came back to play again but overall condition deteriorated i guess due to summer hit; need some work
