Thornberry Creek at Oneida - Legends Championship Course
About
Situated just outside of Green Bay, Thornberry Creek at Oneida is perched atop one of the highest peaks in Brown County. The club offers 27 holes of golf with the Championship 18 and the original nine-hole golf course. The Championship Course presents plenty of variety, starting and ending with holes that are reminiscent of the Wisconsin Northwoods and a middle section that feels as though you've been transported to Arizona or south Florida. There are more than 70 strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout the golf course as well as 11 water hazards. Risk-reward opportunities are abundant though it is not a terribly punishing course so beginners shouldn't be too intimidated. Locals of the Green Bay area consider this to be one of the best public golf courses in northeast Wisconsin.

Beautiful, challenging course
I really enjoyed playing this course - very well maintained and the staff were terrific. I was able to play as a 2-some with my son which was a nice unexpected bonus. Pace of play was great. It was more challenging / less forgiving than most of the courses I play but well worth it. Highly recommend.
Loved it
This course is one of our favorites. Great condition . Challenging and clean . Pace was good . Played with some good guys.
Great course
I really enjoyed this course. Par 4s that make you not hit drivers and receptiveness of the green made for a great course. Had enough water to need strategy but not over doing it. Will be playing here again.
Wet but still enjoyed round
It was golf cart path only due to amount of rain. Totally understandable and I was made aware of this prior to check in.
Great course, conditions and staff
We ended up being the last group off the course the last day they were open for the year. We had a good time and the course was in very good condition, especially considering it was the middle of November in Wisconsin. We got an excellent deal on this premium course through Golfnow. They even had beer specials in the bar after. What more could you ask?!
Outstanding Track
I golfed here in late October and I was impressed with the conditions that course was in. Not to mention the beautiful fall leaves and vibrant colors. The greens were not yet aerated. Overall, very pleased with my round.
Challenging layout
Fun course, fun layout. Course condition was excellent. Only complaint really was we didn't see the beverage cart until hole 12. And she said it was the last call then. The mid course stand was closed by time we got back to it. It is Sept though so I'm sure it's hard to get help with kids back in school. We had a great time regardless.
