High Bridge Hills Golf Club

Cartpath only when it’s literally 102* is irresponsible and puts people at risk. Saying it’s to protect the course is unacceptable. Close the course if it’s that important. I drove 90 minutes to get there and took a day off and they do that. I’ll never play there again.

Have played this course numerous times in the past but have never seen it in such bad conditions. Tee boxes were in horrible conditions, Fairways had patches of grass but mostly brown patches or no grass at all resulting bad lies everywhere. Paying $90 for this round was total waste of money. Not an enjoyable round.

A few holes into it we realized it was tough. All the people there were friendly and they have a little bar.

Very nice but tough course. You need to be very precise with your shots. Stay out of the fescue it will add so many strokes to your score. Overall the course is in great shape, but hard pan bunkers which is to my liking. We would definitely play this course again 100%. It's an all open links style course, no trees to hide from the sun so bring your sunscreen, and a portable fan would be nice to have too. Pace of place wasy super slow due to having three 4 somes of Koreans in from of us that all knew each other. We called the club house, they came out and told them to speed up pace of play, but they were still super slow. It was nerve racking.

$90 bucks for a consistent 5+hr round, 3 groups on a tee box on multiple holes. No drink or snack cart. In fact, we were all waiting for carts as people came in because they didn’t have enough of them. Bizarre.

Greens were also kinda bumpy and there areas of the fairway that had small 7 inch high clumps of grass?

The course was very pretty. It was in very good shape. Staff was very friendly. Pace was slow. 4:15 to get thru 14.

Club house could be nicer. Not having water on annopen course on an 85 plus day seems silly.

I got a good deal on golf now!! Green were in good shape. Fairways were satisfactory but spotty in some spots. Too many blind shots and too many drastic elevation for my liking. Gentlemen running the pro shop was were accommodating. Not sure I would go back unless I could get another hot deal on golfnow

Course is challenging but fair, aside from bunkers which are rock solid. Easy to lose your ball in the long grass, but that’s just part of the challenge of this course. Beautiful long views, good pace of play, well worth a few rounds per year.

This course was tucked away from view but definitely worth the drive. Set back overlooking an escarpment and utilizing the topography to its advantage the course offers numerous challenging holes from all tee boxes. From our first encounter with the friendly staff to our cart return it was the most enjoyable round we have played in some time. The starter paired us up with a young member who took the time to explain the layout and the various strategies to employ from the tee boxes. It was like having a local caddie. If I lived closer I’d definitely consider a membership. The facilities, while small and spartan offer a fresh made menu and a friendly atmosphere. The pro shop welcomed us warmly which was refreshing. We’re definitely planning to return later in the summer.
