About

In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, 15 km from Deauville and 30 minutes from Caen, Golf Barrière Saint-Julien opened in 1989. Golf Barrière Saint-Julien is located in a beautifully maintained classified site of 90 hectares. Its architects, Alain Pratt and Bill Baker, designed two courses in a distinctly British style.

"Le Vallon" is a championship course where numerous water features wind along the fairways and greens. "Le Bocage" is a 9-hole course dedicated to less experienced players. The Clubhouse of Golf Barrière Saint-Julien was designed by the renowned architect Jacques Garcia, overlooks the surroundings, offering a magnificent view outside and inviting you to relax in the pure regional style.

Worst green ever. Except from the rough that were well mowed the rest do not deserve to stop by. It is a shame because the configuration of this 9 holes is interesting. They need to invest more money!!!
