Beautiful Day at Majestic
The weather could not have been better and we enjoyed the couple we were paired with. At first it seemed like it would be a slow round but things picked up halfway through the front nine. The course looked better than my last visit. I thought the greens were running well. For us the best times to play are Monday-Thursday mornings. A few of the tee boxes are struggling with crabgrass infestation. Seventeen was better than last time. The last par 5 on the back was in bad shape on the Tee. The course has a lot of play and I think it looked better than the last time we played. The fareways were nice. We enjoyed this round the most of any we've played here over the years! We will be back.
Love it....but
I still love this course and the folks that run it, but ( and you knew there was a "but", they still need to find a way to soften the tee boxes, it's almost impossible to get a tee in the ground without major effort and/or breaking the tee. All four of our group had the same issue, and they were of above average fitness......please fix this !!!!
Nice course
The course was in great shape and the pace of play was very good on an extremely hot day.
Majestic Springs GC
Have played this course several times since it first opened. The owner and the staff make this course one of the best courses in southern Ohio. The owner is constantly making improvements to the course. I try to play it 2-3 times a year
My favorite course
This is my favorite course around. It’s always in good shape. Only bad thing that on weekends the pace of play can be slow but it has been getting better.
Great layout
Course was fun. Tee boxes were hit or miss, par 3 boxes could use some love. Greens rolled true and well.
The “caddie shack” open air bar/halfway house was a great space to hang out after the round.
Free an hour to play with a buddy and will definitely be coming back
Beautiful Course
Course was absolutely beautiful, staff was awesome. Will definitely play regularly at this location.
