Carlisle Golf and Country Club - North/East
About
Nestled in a small community just 10 minutes north of Burlington, Ontario, Carlisle Golf & Country Club offers a convenient and affordable golf. The club is open to the public but still offers the benefits of a private club with perfect conditions on all of the golf courses and a friendly, helpful staff.
The North Course is the longest of the three at 3,409 yards from the back tees. There is a fair amount of trees scattered throughout the golf course and the well manicured fairways are always in good condition.
The East Course is the shortest. At 3,179 yards from the back tees, Carlisle Golf & Country Club's East Course is not significantly shorter in length but it is easier than the other two courses. There are trees along the fairways and the manicured greens putt true. There are also several tee deck options to accommodate players of all skill levels.

Great course, friendly service, excellent value.
Course was in great shape. Nice fairways and greens. Fun place to play and great value for under $100. If you haven’t played it , give it a try. Won’t be disappointed
Awesome Course !
First time playing. Played north and then south, 18. Conditions were perfect. Pace of play was amazing. All around perfect day. Solid round.
Sand Traps Concrete
every sand trap was dry after the rain a few days prior but not one was properly maintained with the Machine that pulls up the sand and makes it playable again, the rest of the course was in great shape
Great golf day
Great course with beautiful scenery. The staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The bar and food were also very good, making for an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
One suggestion for improvement would be to label each hole with the corresponding 9-hole course name. It can be a little confusing for first-time visitors navigating the course.
My friends and I had a wonderful day and will definitely be back!
Canada Day at Carlisle GC
My wife and I played Carlisle GC on Canada Day. It was our first time playing Carlisle. We played North, then East. The North course was short but challenging. Narrow fairways, doglegs and small greens make for a challenging day if you're not hitting it straight. The East course was more forgiving with wider fairways and visible approaches.
Conditions were a little dry, but we expected it with the hazy, hot weather. Greens, tee decks and fairways are in nice shape.
The staff and amenities were great! We must have seen a beverage cart 6x in 18 holes, which is unbelievable attentiveness.
Overall, great course for the money! We will return.
A+++
Course was great , weather very hot and humid , lots of tree coverage , tee boxes and greens well manicured.
Only issue is amount of goose crap on certain tees boxes.
It was very bad . You gave up on putting because it was so much . 3-4 holes of 18
Carlise
Not sure who cuts the pin flag holes, but none of them were straight, meaning pretty much all the flags were leaning..Asked the starter why there was a group in front of us that wasn't there earlier when we played our front 9. ,He sent an marshal out and he did nothing, just drove by with a red flag .Not sure what his purpose was,he didn't talk to the group ahead of us???
The course was in great shape
Excellent course, staff were super friendly. I would recommend playing this course to any player.
Excellent
From the front desk, to the starter to the ladies in the drinks cart all super friendly. The course is in great shape. Some of the ladies tees though could be much better.
Excellent as always
I’ve played this course many times and never been disappointed. Minor quibble with pace of play - the group in front of us were clearly inexperienced golfers and couldn’t organize club selection and “ready golf.” A marshal would have been helpful, but overall I’m certain to return.
