Like both courses , due to weather courses are in great shape everywhere
Overall layout and condition is good
Overall layout is good. Greens pretty good . Sand in bunkers needs replacing, which seems to be in progress. Some weeds on the fairways on some holes. Fairways overall in pretty good shape. Starter was good. One group cut in front of us on 17 th hole, probably from playing the old course , which we didn’t appreciate. But overall experience was good.

I was astonished to see men washroom at 9th hole which was chocked and dirty

Slowwwww
My brother and I played as a twosome. We had a foursome in front of us that was extremely slow. One gentleman would even mark his score while standing on the green after everyone finished. There was no one in front of them. By the 8th hole we had 2 groups behind us waiting on our tee while this group in front just sauntered along like they didn’t care. The group behind us was extremely upset at the group in front of us for not letting us play through.
The course itself is a nice track and the staff are great. The Marshalls just need to identify the pace of play issues and it would be 5 stars.
Good course with perfect weather
Course was nice, fairly challenging. Fairways and greens were good. I noticed there was a lot of Canadian geese on the course, plus on the greens there was a lot of goose excrement which was not great. Also, we noticed the cart paths were in bad shape with many potholes. The pace of play was good. Weather on the day we played was perfect.

Both courses are great to play. Good conditions and the pace of play is really good.
Pace of Play Was Amazing
Our foursome played 18 holes in 3.5 hours. That was amazing.
We then stuck around for dinner on the patio. They make a great smash burger.
Enjoyed the day despite the weather
Like the title says, we enjoyed the day golfing despite the light rain and constant mist. The course was in really good shape, the staff at the reception was honest about what to expect because of the weather. They provided complimentary carts, no power carts because of weather. And the half way house was open with all the fixings, lol.. Again, weather could have been nicer but the staff and course was awesome.
Good value
Played the New Course which is a decent layout. Got put with 2 brand new golfers who had never swung a club. The Marshall realized that this wasn’t going to work so he kindly split them off from me and my playing partner. This is a nice place to play in a pinch and usually you can get on without issue. Excellent deals on apparel in the pro shop.
Great fall course
Staff was great, was crazy busy had to park at the gate near the street. No shuttle. The course was good, greens were rough likely due to tournament play ahead of us.
Holiday Monday 4hr Round on a course in above average condition
Faster than normal round for a holiday, price certainly high 145 with warm up bucket and cart but course was in better than normal shape and greens recently rolled and rolling well.
Greens are very bad
Staff was great but course was not in good shape. Hard as rock fairways and really chewed up greens. Not a single putt without multiple hops.
Would not return.
