Hidden Lake Golf Club - New Course

Hidden Lake “New Course” is always a good track to play and offers decent value for the money.

Poor fairways, poor greens, poor tee boxes...the rough was ok. This course has fallen off a lot. Won't play here again. Too many good options for less.

Group I joined was fun

Pace of play was good

Hotdog was horrible

I found my overall experience was great. The greens were very challenging, definitely put you on your toes. Would play here again

Given it’s one of the most expensive courses the golf carts are terrible. No auto break and still use gas! .

Like both courses , due to weather courses are in great shape everywhere

Overall layout is good. Greens pretty good . Sand in bunkers needs replacing, which seems to be in progress. Some weeds on the fairways on some holes. Fairways overall in pretty good shape. Starter was good. One group cut in front of us on 17 th hole, probably from playing the old course , which we didn’t appreciate. But overall experience was good.

I was astonished to see men washroom at 9th hole which was chocked and dirty

My brother and I played as a twosome. We had a foursome in front of us that was extremely slow. One gentleman would even mark his score while standing on the green after everyone finished. There was no one in front of them. By the 8th hole we had 2 groups behind us waiting on our tee while this group in front just sauntered along like they didn’t care. The group behind us was extremely upset at the group in front of us for not letting us play through.

The course itself is a nice track and the staff are great. The Marshalls just need to identify the pace of play issues and it would be 5 stars.

When you get to the course and are charged $26 dollars per golfer to ride a golf cart is unacceptable.

Course was nice, fairly challenging. Fairways and greens were good. I noticed there was a lot of Canadian geese on the course, plus on the greens there was a lot of goose excrement which was not great. Also, we noticed the cart paths were in bad shape with many potholes. The pace of play was good. Weather on the day we played was perfect.

Both courses are great to play. Good conditions and the pace of play is really good.
