Good course to start the season
This is my third time playing Deme Acres. This was my first outing of the new season and I chose this course for a couple reasons: I am familiar with this course and its hazards etc. The holes are not too challenging while I'm trying to get my golf game on track and the value for the dollar. They also had brand new golf carts with GPS. My only complaint is that some of the tee boxes, especially on some par 3 holes seemed awfully beat up for this early in the season. I still would recommend to a friend and I will return
Much improved
I have not golfed at this course in a few years, but decided to go with a friend last week. I was pleasantly surprised as the course has improved over the last few years. Now granted, it was early in the morning, and I had rained the night before it seemed. So the fairways on the front nine were quite wet. A fairways have improved greatly! The greens are excellent and very challenging. The layout of the chorus presents is share of challenges as well. The owners take great pride in their facility! Worth the extra few miles to get there.
Great Value
This was my second time playing Deme and the course did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and the course was in very good condition. There were some tee-boxes a little beat up, but that is expected this late in the golf season. The greens were in excellent condition. There are some challenging holes, but I feel this course is very forgiving. My only complaint was pace of play. I don't know whether that was due to overbooking or the quality of the golfers ahead of us. For the money this course is very tough to beat. If you're on a budget and want to golf I would recommend this course

After fees, GolfNow cost $3 more per person than the course's normal senior rates.
A personal favorite
I just like it is all. The greens and fairways are super well maintained. Can get a little slow at peak times but what else is new. Owner seems nice.
Nice course
Nice course, fast, challenging greens, nice layout, staff was friendly. Wish more courses were like this one!
Awesome course!
Played here 10-15 times last season played yesterday and the greens and fairways were pure greens were rolling nice too course is in impeccable condition
Deme Acres
Course was in good shape overall. Greens were in great shape and rolled extremely well. The only downside was they allowed groups of 5 which slowed down the pace. That being said….I still played 18 in 3 hours…:instead of 2.5hrs. So not a huge issue. Good value for the money (paid $18 for 18 with a cart).
