Tower Tee Golf & Recreation

There is some nice tree cover for the hot days. The course was in great condition. The staff was nice.

There are golf and foot golf flags out there. The white flags are golf. The red flags are foot golf. I was a dummy and accidentally shot at the foot golf flag instead of the golf flag on hole #4. That was my first ever hole in one. So I guess that's some sort of consolation.

My time was double booked so didn’t enjoy our time. Feeling rushed the whole time.

I got done with my session at the range, and I headed down to the putting green to squeeze in a few putts before I had to go. I get stopped by a member of the staff, who comes up to me and says "can I help you?" I told him I was going to putt, he said "I'm going to need to get some money from you". They charge $5 to use the putting green. He told me his bosses insist on it to "keep a bunch of kids from crowding the green and ruining it for the serious golfers". This is the largest putting green I have ever seen in my life, and it was empty (for obvious reasons). For a facility that you would have thought would be helping to grow the game, they're doing an awfully good job of keeping people away from the practice putting green. There are not kids or anybody else using it every time I've seen it.

I explained to 'Ranger Rick' that after spending so much money, as I have at their driving range, it seems reasonable to be able to use the Putting Green as well. I easily lost that argument, paid my $5 and putted for about 20 minutes before I had to leave. They won.

Played on a Sunday, 10:30 am tee time and the weather was beautiful. We walked the course and found it to be quite enjoyable and challenging. Never had to wait for other players, pace was perfect. Only tee shots off mats were allowed which was a bit unfortunate. Additionally, the greens were a bit long IMO for a place that is focused on short game. In general though, Tower Tee is a fun little par 3 that 2 players can finish in an hour. Always good to practice your short game!!

This course has it all; nine holes from a unique aspect, of different courses from around the world, . You will be shocked how each hole will test your virtues and talents. Some shots require such a disciplined approach. Some are just a swing, prayer, and hope. #6 will be your favorite

First time playing par 3 course since 1978. Much different. Well maintained. Great upgrade- although miss the putt putt course.

The greens had way too many unmarked divots but that is too expected.

I hit a Large bucket of balls and decided to hit a few putts over on the putting green before I had to get going this morning. Someone from the staff came over and told me I had to pay in order to use the putting green. I told him I just got done using the driving range (I didn't just wander off the street), but apparently that doesn't pay for your right to use the putting green- it's a separate fee. I didn't have my wallet on me, so I had to leave. How extremely disappointing that with all the money you pay for using the driving range, you can't even go over and hit a few putts

Teeing off was optional from the mats or grass the last 3 days. The grass tee area is about 5-10 yards closer. The Greens were irrigated on 8/14, so just connect the dots when making a putt. I’d give it another 2 weeks to heal. There’s a lot of unfixed ball marks, and plenty of divot's on the course. Slow play on the weekends and it’s pretty empty during the weekdays. Average pace 1 hour. The 9 famous signature holes are designed perfectly. Todays distance from grass tees to flags: 1-56yrds, 2-71yrds, 3-62yrds, 4-81yrds, 5-146yrds, 6-75yrds, 7-68yrds, 8-92yrds, 9-112yrds. The practice putting area is included with the round. The Short game practice area is an additional $15. Overall it’s a great course, I’m there everyday.
