Loudon Country Club

Excellent course with some great views. It rained a little but cleared up. The greens and fairways were in great shape. The course is challenging but not really difficult. The only issue we had was the signs for following to the next hole could be improved. There was some confusion for us on direction to the next hole. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return for another round.

While the course measures only 6300 yards from the back tees, many of the shorter holes played uphill and to elevated greens so it seemed longer. The course was in very good condition and the greens were a good speed. Not a flat putt to be had anywhere! This is the kind of course that needs to be played a couple of times to understand how to play it best. I hope to get to play it again someday.

I've played this course numerous times over the last few years. The staff is friendly and the course is well maintained but most of all it is a very well designed course.

Easily one of my favorite courses. Very fun and different layouts. The small details are what makes it great. Clear yardage signs, immaculate course, fast green, great staff to start the round, even water stations are filled on some holes. That’s rare and you know it. Highly recommend this course to all levels. Some wide open fairways for beginners to get you started and sometimes diabolical hazards to play around with the perfect amount of challenge and fun. Lots of turtles which I thought was cool. Birdied the first hole so my high praise is slightly tainted but not much. Worth a drive if you’re on the fence about playing here.

No complaints until we made the turn and suddenly there were three groups waiting as someone didn’t know how to have hotdogs ready. Probably waited 20 minutes. After that round was back to normal. Conditions very good, greens could be a bit faster.
