Fantastic Golf!
The course has leagues that went out before us, slowing down play, but it was a fantastic day!
Really nice course, but
I play this course a couple of times a year. It has a nice layout and typically is in good shape with a decent pace of play. The pace of play on the Saturday morning was atrocious. Not sure where the ranger was or what happened. We had a 10:40am teetime and ended up teeing off at 10:45am. The pace of play was so slow that we finished the first two holes in one hour. I counted 10 groups of 4 on holes 3 thru 7. I called the pro shop to complain and was told they would get a ranger to see what the problem was. Did not see a ranger until three hours later and the tenth hole. Ridiculous 5 1/2 hour round.
What a beautiful course in perfect condition with really challenging greens
You simply must "go Play HERE"! What a treat, You'll especially love the greens, which were the hardest we've played in quite some time. The course was in perfect condition yesterday; although the bugs in your face were quite annoying - maybe black flies?
