Staffing
The owners seem to be working a bit on maintenance. When playing the staff was watering the greens, but they were not around to turn the water off, or move the portable hose. Created another hazard with the hose!!

Great course!
I only have two issues from when I played. For some reason the staff allowed a fivesome to go out on a Saturday morning. These were all new golfers and backed the course up for a long time. This group was not informed of golf etiquette of any kind. They picked up other players' balls and wouldn't allow faster groups to play through.
The other issue I had was the new carts. They are really nice, especially when compared the ones they replaced. However, they are under powered and struggled to climb the hills.
Other than these things it was an enjoyable day, and the course was in very good condition.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
Got some tlc
We are regulars here the course was in good shape just need to catch some areas up where water has been laying, so understandable on that. The greens were in the best shape I have seen for the past few years finally nice to see some much needed tlc will be back time again throughout the season

Great value
Been playing this course since I was a kid of a boy. Straight forward layout, the greens were in superb condition. Fairways were on the dry side due a lack of rain, but provided extra roll. The staff was super friendly and made a point to greet and also welcome us back for more. Two thumbs up. Don’t be shy about trying this beautiful mature course.
Perfect morning
We golf here several tines a year. Course in great shape, pace of play was more than comfortable. Staff are always friendly. Beautiful fall round.

The course was in good shape. Hreens were in great shape. Pace was great due to lack of people on course.

Exceptional pace. Couldn't have asked for a better morning for some solitude on the course.

Great pace on front 9. Got backed up on back 9 due to a group of 4. Waited on tee boxes on last 5 holes. Course was in good shape. Golf here often. Enjoy the round. Good practice with familiarity..
Sleepy hollow
Course was extremely well organized cart path the entire way around no way to get lost everything was well labeled greens were in great shape and you disnt need a hammer to drive a tee into the ground

Just a Little Love
Always a treat to get out and play Sleepy Hollow in Alliance. The greens were in the best shape I had seen in a long time. Other than that, the course just needs a little love to get into tip-top shape. The really nice courses down south have Bermuda grass, but around these parts we got something even better; crabgrass. I'm tempted to call some local farmers and see if they can donate their extra grass seed for the tee boxes and fairways.
