Sleepy Hollow Golf Course

Been playing this course since I was a kid of a boy. Straight forward layout, the greens were in superb condition. Fairways were on the dry side due a lack of rain, but provided extra roll. The staff was super friendly and made a point to greet and also welcome us back for more. Two thumbs up. Don’t be shy about trying this beautiful mature course.

We golf here several tines a year. Course in great shape, pace of play was more than comfortable. Staff are always friendly. Beautiful fall round.

The course was in good shape. Hreens were in great shape. Pace was great due to lack of people on course.

I will definitely play again.

Exceptional pace. Couldn't have asked for a better morning for some solitude on the course.

Great pace on front 9. Got backed up on back 9 due to a group of 4. Waited on tee boxes on last 5 holes. Course was in good shape. Golf here often. Enjoy the round. Good practice with familiarity..

Course was extremely well organized cart path the entire way around no way to get lost everything was well labeled greens were in great shape and you disnt need a hammer to drive a tee into the ground

Always a treat to get out and play Sleepy Hollow in Alliance. The greens were in the best shape I had seen in a long time. Other than that, the course just needs a little love to get into tip-top shape. The really nice courses down south have Bermuda grass, but around these parts we got something even better; crabgrass. I'm tempted to call some local farmers and see if they can donate their extra grass seed for the tee boxes and fairways.

Just not great course maintenance, wide open tee times and still having pace issues..?

It's a busy time on courses used by the middle and high schools, but the course was accommodating with our scheduled tee time and the kids abided by the rule to let us play through. We like Sleepy Hollow. Always a good value, rarely too busy, nice course layout and usually in pretty good shape.

Fairways were burnt out, hard, and covered with weeds. Greens were also hard and would not hold any approach shots. I will wait until fall before considering to play there again this year. Needs water and weed control. Staff was very pleasant.

Not a bad layout but could use some weed control, actual tee boxes and some heavier watering. Could be a very good course with some care and maintenance.
