Great for the value
The conditions were pretty good when I played, fairways were good, sand was good, and the greens were good but also extremely fast. I believe it was just at that time they were that quick and this wasnt a normal speed but it made the greens very challenging. The only thing i disliked about the course was the length and layout of some of the par 4s. The course being 5700 yards from the blues is just pretty short for most course standards. This causes the par 4s to all be on the shorter side and to combat this they have a lot of forced landing zones on these holes. They force you land in one spot and you simply don’t have the option to play any of the holes aggressively or even safely. These forced landing zones make the second shot more difficult but in my opinion is takes a lot of the fun out of playing the course. I would think that others, like myself, would want the option to play aggressive, play safe, or play a normal shot on most of the par 4s other than being forced to make the exact same decision as your playing partners. It really makes the experience a little more dull in my opinion. With all that being said, I did enjoy the course and I think it is worth playing if you have never played it before.

Came down from Dublin, OH to visit our son. Really enjoyed the course and all the people. It was in great shape and was a great value. Thanks next time we come down to Rogers to visit our son, we’ll be back!
Dogwood
Dogwood is a wonderful course. It was in really good condition and I really like the layout. It has some narrow and challenging holes and it has some wide open holes. Staff is really friendly from the front desk to the cart barn.
First time visit
Overall an ok course. I wasn’t a fan of not have a clubhouse at the turn for a break. The fairways were in ok shape, but I liked the course layout. Pace was pretty slow that day.
