Cart path only due to flooding but would play again
Great value for this nice a course. The front is mostly flat ish but the back was spectacular. Definitely on my Play Again list.
Bad communication
Paid 18, arrive to course and was made aware I could only play the back 9 for the day. Bad communication between the course and golf now. Course layout was nice on the back 9, but losing money and paying more for less holes was not on my agenda.
Terrible Greens
Greens have recently been verticut and were very slow. When the greens are great here it's an awesome course but currently I would not recommend it. Also ran into a marshall when I had pulled my cart onto a very dry spot in the grass and he yelled at me to keep my cart on the path. I told him it was a dry spot that I would never ride on a wet area and he was over the top with authority! That's when I asked him why a fivesome was in front of us he didn't like that either.
Review
Overall, I enjoyed the course; it’s very well maintained. The pace of play was slow whenever we got to the back nine. Unfortunately, we were not able to play because of the buildup of players, so we went back to the front line and completed 18 holes. I would love to go back and be able to play the full 18 because, according to staff, the back nine is among the best in all of Bentonville area.
Great weather, great experience and wonderful staff.
We had a fantastic time. Beer and a hot dog before the game…weather was excellent and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed playing at Scotsdale…lots of fun
Friendly staff and a fun layout.
Checking into my tee time, I was greeted with smiles and laughter! Coming from MN, 50* in December feels like 70*. I pretty much had the course to myself. Fairways and greens were green and in very nice condition. Greens rolled very nice.
Course was closed and there's no way to contact Golfnow to get my fee back!

Great course
I didn’t know the relevance of the course before playing it and let me tell you based off of other courses, this one is supreme for the value. Beautiful course with great fairways, greens, and sights. Would recommend this course to anyone in Fayetteville.
Beautiful Course Great Greens
My wife and I played together. The course was in great shape. The greens were amazing. I have played many of the Bellavista courses and the greens tend to be slow. Scotsdale was amazing compared to the other courses. The back nine is harder in my opinion. It’s by far my favorite Bellavista course!
Scottsdale golf
It was a very hot and crowded day. So slow was the pace of play that we quit after 9. The course was in excellent shape but never again will I golf on Saturday.
Great Experience
The course was in excellent shape considering it hasn’t rained in a couple of weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful given it was my first time playing the course.
Hidden Gem
This golf course was absolutely amazing. The course is in fantastic shape and the staff were extremely friendly and nice. The pace of play was superb. I only saw four other golfing groups while I was out there, granted I did tee off at 5 o’clock but was still able to finish before sunset at 810. For the price, it’s one of the best golf courses I’ve ever ever played. Front nine is completely different than the back nine, the back line had some of the most picture holes I have ever played with it whining through the foothills/mountains of Northwest Arkansas. A lot of wildlife and undulation. By far, one of the top 10 courses I’ve ever played and I’ve played all over the country.. Shout out to the greenskeeper who kept the course in immaculate shape, even in the middle of summer. Y’all are ever in Northwest Arkansas please book a teatime up here, you will not regret it.
Why now?
The course is wonderful and doesn’t look like it is overplayed. Our only gripe was the greens. It looks as if they had recently been aerated causing them to be wildly bumpy. I would not have cancelled had I known so in reality not a deal breaker. I am not familiar with the when and why so maybe it is necessary this time of year in order to keep the greens healthy.
Scotsdale GC
First time here and was very pleased with the layout compared to their other properties. Course was in good shape with the exception of the greens which always seem to be a question mark at all of the Bella Vista courses. Staff was very friendly and the pace was good.
