First time playing there loved the challenge of the woods and water

Greens were very nice and fast. Some approach shots held some didn't. That's golf. Played at a great pace. Got a great rate through tee time passbook.

Will be back!

Great bang for buck course. Not too crowded, staff very nice, fun time.

Please water your greens! The first three holes I landed my approach shot within 10 ft of the pin, only to watch the ball roll 30 ft UPHILL and roll off the back. It caused me to club down and play timid with my approach shots. Caused a lot of frustration. Otherwise, the course layout was forgiving, providing a lot of level stances. Like I said, more water and I can rate it higher.

We enjoyed our round at Eagles Nest. The course is fairly easy, not a lot of water or sand traps but because of recent rains, the rough was pretty thick and high. The Golf Now price with a cart was pretty reasonable. The staff was very friendly - we had a very nice time playing there!

On the 8th hole the marshal asked us to play faster. On that very hole we had to wait for the green to clear to make our approach shots. I'm really not sure how or why we could or should play any faster.

Had rained for a couple days before we played. It was cart path only. The course, however, wasn't too bad! Had a great time. The gentleman in charge was all that and then some! Checking in was a breeze. Brought carts to us and at the turn bent over backwards to accommodate three hungry golfers. Thanks for a WONDERFUL time. Will be back!!

Challenging course, excellent greens, enjoyed my afternoon.

Great people, course, and greens. Grass rough has too many weeds and fairways are goat ranch-ish.

Green are fast and challenging. I loved the layout, trees, and ponds/water. If the course got a updated club house/pro shop, and really tackled ground maintenance, this would be an excellent track!

Overall course was good. 2 things that hurt experience: course held a lot of water and pace of play killed me. Now mind you I was by myself but there was a group of ladies ahead of me and played so slow I had two full conversations with friends on phone while waiting. I probably waited 25mins between each shot. Then there was the soggy course. Nice flat layout even with that they've made some interesting holes out of it. Next time I play it I will call first to check conditions.

Course is in much better shape then previous years. Small greens but quick pace.

If you can play early enough to beat afternoon crowds, the course is in decent shape to enjoy a round. Greens are in good shape, fairways mediocre but the best part is the trees on holes 8~18 make for a bit of a fun challenge...

Saw the good reviews and expected a better maintained course. Greens are nice, but the fairways are a joke. Crabgrass and clover with bare patches. No difference between fairway and rough. Antique carts. Super friendly staff and beer on tap!

My first time here, pretty wide open with long par 4 , fairways were terrible, I'd rather hit from the rough. My son hit a very long drive in the fairway with an orange ball , a crew member flat out ran it over, now I know he could see it we seen it from the tee ! Greens were very nice, greens keeper told us that they had no irrigation for the fairways,that explains why fairways were terrible. I might go back but not until spring!

The course was a little dry which yielded some good bounce and roll. Tees were hard. Most greens have challenging slopes and pitches. Had somewhat difficult time keeping ball on green with the approach shots. Most fairways are wide. Good balance of doglegs and straight holes. I enjoyed playing the course and will return.

It's a decent track to hone your game and one can use all of the clubs in the bag while enjoying a relatively easy course.

This course was 30 minutes away from my home but wanted to give the course a shot since it was only $15 through golfnow. The course is only worth playing for that price. The greens were very fast, we couldn't find a soft spot on the tee boxes, yardages and hole pictures on card didn't match up with actual course, no water to drink on course.

The staff is very pleasant with check in a breeze. The fairways are hard and greens are in good shape. Pace of play is good with a 3 1/2 hour round.

The staff was extremely friendly, and they have electric carts which is always a plus. Through GolfNow I got a great deal, ten bucks for 18 holes riding. How can you beat that? Course is walkable as it is flat and not too spread out. There are a couple of odd holes. Overall a very pleasant experience.
