About
Timberview Golf Club rolls across a diverse landscape that is ideal for a challenging round. The rolling terrain is covered with mature trees, ponds, and creeks. There is a housing development surrounding the golf course, but the houses do not intrude into the game. The layout features seven holes that were carefully carved from the dense forests and fourteen holes with water hazards coming into play. The course has a good balance of player-friendly holes and more challenging holes. The wide fairways are well manicured and the undulating greens are medium in size. In addition to the water and trees, sand fiercely guards the greens on half of the holes. The layout is still gentle enough to appeal to beginners. Timberview also offers two practice putting greens.

This course is not well maintained.
The greens are in good shape but the rest of the course needs attention. The course is a decent value for price but it is not a course I would drive 30 minutes to play again.
The course was in bad shape
The rough was cut uneven with high and low spots. Dandylions were growing everywhere. The balls were bouncing around on putts. Worst maintained course I've played in 2 years
Lost balls
As long as you stay in the fairway it's not to bad. A few feet in the ruff, good luck finding your ball.
Very friendly staff!
This is the second time that I've played this course and each time I've received great service from the gentleman working at the front desk! On the most recent visit, I walked out to the course after talking to the employee and mentioned to my friend, "that's probably the coolest golf course employee I've ever come across!" In addition to the top notch customer service, the course has some nice obstacles that makes the course fun to play. My friend and I played yesterday when there was about 25 mph winds so that was interesting!!!

Great course tucked in the cool town of Marysville.
course condition - April 15th
Course is a moderate challenge. The greens were slow and had a lot of aeration hole still. I figure by June it will be an OK course to play by then.
Good value
While the course needs some attention, overall it is a great value for the cost of the round.
