Cranbury Golf Club

I havnt played here since late January, just before the big snowstorm and am happy to report that the two Tees mentioned in the Review Title are now fully operational !

This was a sore spot for the course for a long time and now they look great, level, three distances, etc. Windy conditions today made the course much more challenging especially on the par threes. Looking forward to the outdoor patio opening in full swing!

First round out. Course was in decent shape considering the time of year. Overall a great value for the money.

Course mostly were good shape with the conditions after it just open last week. Pace of play were nice, under 4:30 with foursome.

Course was fun and Adam, the general manager, was terrific, accommodating as we were the second group behind a fast twosome. We walked the course in less than 3 hrs.

It was good to get out for first round of the season with nice weather.. most of the holes were good in front 9 with only very little drainage issues. The back 9 however had two par 3 holes that were drenched, one of them with a hole cut in fairway and the other had snow in green. It wasn’t bad considering the cost for me to walk and play. Overall good conditions otherwise!

The course was in OK shape for this time in the season. Two of the par 3's should have been closed. There was still some snow to hit out of or through but we had fun and it was good to take some swings on the course.

I wish they would have let it be known 1/3 of the holes were completely unplayable... 3 holes they just slapped a flag in the middle of a fairway. Another was a par 3 and the flag was put on a downslope into the woods. It was almost laughable.

I understand this is winter golf but why open if the course was in this bad of shape. $45 was absolute highway robbery. I won’t be back.

Cold weather. Cold wind but course in great shape. Pace of play was slow but overall great value for your money..

Listen.... if you’re looking for Pinehurst in Jersey in January 10, you’re not gonna find it. However, Cranbury gave us a great day, even on a 40° day!! Staff is awesome here year round and this course is fantastic, even in the cold!! Thanks CGC!

Booked a time of 11:50 am on Golf Now, got to the course and checked in at 11:20, only to find out they changed my tee time to 11:40. My partner was getting ready to join me and the starter let 2 groups ahead of me because he said we “weren’t ready”. ?

Why did they change my time without letting me know ? If I wasn’t there early, I probably would have been pushed even further out of my time. Needless to say we played 4 hours and 45 minutes. Sloowwwww.

Cranbury GC is always a good time. I have never had a bad round here and i drive from an hour away because I can get out early here at fair rates. Some of the pathetic courses make a big deal over the extra cart fees for a Single - I have never had a problem here. Every employee I have ever dealt with was sincerely nice.

My only complaint and it has nothing to do with them is that is is so cold the greens are a rock right now. They roll OK once on, but forget getting much to stay. Still a fairly easy setup with forgiving driving locations. Fun place to bomb some drives. Two temporary tee boxes on the Par 3s.

Good day I was grouped with a very nice couple and then one gentleman that did not know the rules kept jumping ahead everybody after the ninth hole he disappeared for 10 minutes and came back and asked us if we had a problem with it very nasty didn’t make sense I came real close to almost leaving the course before I will be arrested let out loud People should learn the game / rules before they go out there But A great day

Cranbury golf course is good fairway condition even though winter.
