Great Course, Worth The Money
Course was in great shape and well worth the $66.00 we paid on GolfNow. The tee boxes & fairways were excellent, the rough was about a 2.5” cut, but challenging, the greens were a medium fast speed, rolled nicely. Overall great course.
Not worth it
Fairways are decent, rough was not cut when we played. Greens did not roll true, lots of debris and bouncy rolls. Practice green was unusable, two old men told us to go away. Couldn't find driving range although found it mid round out in the middle of the course. Many kids playing random holes. Had multiple people walking through and picking balls up, not theirs ours. Nothing special about this course.
Worse greens ever
Never played here before , couple buddies and I wanted to try somewhere new , started off standing on the first tee box getting yelled at by a group of walkers who just got off 18 saying we had to tee off on 10 , the club house forgot to mention that to us no biggie . The greens were absolutely terrible . It was like Playing on planko board Velcro, worse greens I ever putted on. The rough and fairways was in decent shape , there was a temporary tee box on one hole. We paid 70 bucks to play and felt like we were ripped off.
Great time
Cart path layout is funky and starter was non existent not bev cart or water. other than that great time great course will be back
Hole 10
Played there today and hole 10 was closed for driver test.
Was never told this when I booked or checked it.
Little annoyed about that.
The coarse overall has a decent layout, the conditioning is excellent. However the cart paths are atrocious and the driving range should just be taken
The coarse is in overall great condition, however the cart paths are atrocious! The "driving range " should be removed all together. Im not sure how this coarse is called private. However with putting some money in different areas it could actually be a great place to play.
As for now thought I would have to say (6.5)
Solid Round at Peddie
Not a difficult course (all holes are flat, short, and water does not come into play much, if at all). The benefit here is course conditions and pace of play. Both were excellent. I would recommend getting one of the limited public tee times and you will enjoy this place.
This course was basic. Fairly easy. A strong group of par 5's but the 3s and 4s were pretty easy. A good walking course or course if you are just learning the game. The conditions were Ok , Super friendly staff. Overall if you're looking for a good walking course and one that won't beat you up and live close by give it a shot.
