Give it a try.... Not bad at all.
My friends and I played yesterday, Sunday 6/14/26. The staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The restaurant was not open until 9am, which was a bit of a bummer. I would have liked to grab a quick snack for while out on the course. As for the condition of the course, we were not disappointed and felt it was great shape. The cart girl was friendly and very good at her job. We will come back here again.
Nice!
Course is in great shape and fun to play. Price for course is high if not a booked as in county resident.
Golf now rate is good if a member. Shot my best score on this course. Great day.
Good Round
Not going to win any awards, but a good course for what it’s worth. Greens were in great condition the day I played. I find the front 9 better than the back if you had to choose. Friendly staff and a very good 19th hole.
MrBruBru
Greens and most of the fairways were in great shape.
Some of the tee boxes need TLC. Overall def recommend playing here
Rough Shape Like Always
Year after year always the same promises; Renovations are coming, new Greenskeeper, big changes coming, but nothing ever changes. Greens are in rough shape going into the summer. With the rising costs of everything, I don’t see this course remaining open next year, definitely not with the current management who has run this once beautiful property into the ground. No way it survives.
TLC for greens
Greens need a lot of tender loving care but rest of course was in great shape
Meadows at Middlesex
Nice course, friendly staff and good food and drink at bar and grill. Course in rough shape right now because of harsh winter and some water issues.
However, based on previous years, I expect the course will round into shape as the season progresses.
Worst Course in New Jersey
Do not waste your money. The course couldn’t get any worse than it is now. Atrocious conditions.
Great Design bad upkeep
Played many times and always enjoyed the course. The last few years the green get a blight and the course is not well kept it's a shame. Half the greens you couldn't putt.
Absolute dog track. Horrendous Horrendous excuse for a golf course. Never again.
Great conditikn
Having played here many times I have to say this time around was by far and away the best conditions I have ever seen. MAJOR shout out to the cart girl on Sunday as I was beginning to think the never hit the back nine but she came by 3 times on the back. She was great!!!! A definite keeper.
Worst of the worst munis
For the price they charge you should be getting much better conditions and experience. The greens were bad, tee boxes are already chewed up, bunkers are garbage. It took us 5 and a half hours to play Masters Sunday. No rangers in sight, group in front of us was leaving beer cans on the green edges. Bad experience, will not go back.
Course in good shape.
They are installing sprinklers.
The course should stay good during the summer.
Needs Work
I recently moved adjacent to the property. The course has good bones but is in dire need of work and improvements. The walking paths around the property are great for the community in the evenings, and opening the course for neighbors on weekday evenings this summer will be a great move by Middlesex County.
