About
Arrowhead Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in North Canton. The course is player friendly enough for all skill levels. It's not the most formidable test in the area but it's great for a quick and casual round. It's also an ideal layout for beginners who are just starting out since it provides a few challenges while not being overly punishing. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers bordering the greens. You won't find very much water throughout the golf course but it does come into play occasionally. One of the most memorable holes is a water hole. The green on the par-4 second hole is nearly an island green with a lake that borders it on three sides. Water also comes into play on the final hole.

Golf Pass Fail.
I made reservations on Golf Pass and the drove 2 hours from Pittsburgh to Canton to play a round with my son who lives in that area. We got to the course to find that it was closed due to wet conditions. They indicated that Golf Pass was aware and should not have allowed us to book the reservation and we would get a refund. No refund yet and of course there is no way to reach Golf Pass to inquire about this. Golf Pass indicates there is only a chat feature but so far I can't find it
Blind Man's Bluff
OK, I really wanted to give this course a 5 Star rating and a 6 Star Rating because of the most delightful starter I have EVER met in my 23 years of golfing; his name is Jimmy and he was just to cool!
The one star ding is because:
1. I didn't see any porta-potty's until the 16th or 17th hole, but I probably just missed it/them as I didn't have to go until the 16th hole.
2. You are hitting your tee shot "blindly" because of the many hills and slopes for just about every hole. We were fortunate that it wasn't too busy when we played, so we were able to drive over the hill(s) to see when it was clear to tee off.
Worth mentioning but NOT a "Ding" - The cart path can use some work.
This course is pretty open, however there are homes along side the holes that might give you pause. (There is no such thing as "Find a tree to pee" on this course unless you don't mind displaying your junk for a host of people to see.)
It's a "Feel Good" course or one to play when you are not hitting well and want to feel good about your game because there isn't much trouble to get into. If you hit into the trees, you can easily get out with a punch-out or quite often you will have a look to the green on your approach shot.
I was on an out of town trip but would play this course again if the opportunity should present itself.
Nice golf club experience
Nice course, very friendly staff, nice amenities for lunch od dinner or on the turn. Course is well maintained, not particularly difficult, pace was a little slow only because I was a solo golfer. Nice laid back country club atmosphere open to the public.
Hello, u314164067529. Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear your experience was anything short of 5 stars, but we hope you will give us another try in the future. Thank you for choosing Arrowhead Golf Club.
