Rawiga Golf Club

I grew up in the area playing Rawiga occasionally and always had a great experience. Recently moved back to town from out of state and got a couple friends together to get a round in there again and was utterly disappointed with the course. This used to be a great track but to call it a goat ranch would be doing goat ranches a disservice because they actually have grass. The greens were half bare and the fairways weren’t recognizable compared to the rough. Tee box’s were extremely uneven and totally chewed up from lack of maintenance. The clubhouse is in disrepair just like the course. This is a real shame because the layout is still a great one, they just need someone to actually maintain the grounds. The pro shop and snack counter service was about the only highlight of this outing. I definitely would not recommend playing here for any more than $20-25 for 18 holes unless major changes happen.

The course is in terrible condition. Tee boxes are dirt no grass. Fairways were patchy. Greens are patchy. Good luck trying to putt. Looks like they do not take care of the course what so ever besides cutting the grass. I don’t think they know what water is or what it’s used for. I would not play even if it was free. Do better. I need a refund.

Looks like they have stopped taking care of this course. It is never the best, but the greens are usually good. Now are the worst I've seen in years.

Oof. Haven’t played here in a couple years, it was a decent, even solid, cheap course at the time. Now, it’s in really bad shape. Close to half the tee boxes are sandboxes, no grass at all, several of the greens are diseased and are only partially covered in grass. It’s really too bad because the people that work there are friendly and take care of you.

We’ve played this course guite a few times. The course was in terrible shape. Everything was extremely dry. The greens were in awful shape. Unless conditions improve we will not be back.

I had always heard good things about this course. So I invited three friends who drove an hour to play it. The greens were in terrible shape and look like they had a fungus at some point. There were numerous weeds in the fairways and the rough. Sand traps were nothing to brag about. I’m not a hard person to please, but this was the worst course my friends and I have played all spring and summer. I’m sorry to say I’ll never play it again.

Ps. The starter seemed like a nice young man but was so tied up with his phone in his face that he never spoke a word to us.

Paid for 18, but left after 9 holes took almost 3 hours. Tee boxes and greens in horrible shape.

Course is deplorable. Tee boxes are nothing but sand. The greens are unplayable with large dead or rotting areas covering 15-50 percent of the greens surface. Greenskeepers used green paint to try to cover it up on holes near the clubhouse. To charge $60.00 for this course is asinine. Lat year this time I had played Rawiga 3-4 times and it was superb. I'll save my money and play elsewhere.

Unfortunately, it started as soon as we got out there. Booked on golf now and he says I didn’t pay for it says GOLFNOW doesn’t do that you have to pay here. Well it’s the only course that I’ve ever had to pay ant clubhouse but I digress. The arrogant Obese balding gentleman at the counter, needs to go to manners classes. My God, what can I say about the greens other than my lawn is 10 times better than them the tea boxes are just a joke. There’s no markers for distance. I truly can say that this is the worst out of 20 courses. I’ve got this year save your money people
