Rawiga Golf Club

Not super long but you need to keep it in the fairways! Greens were in excellent condition. Played at 7am so pace of play was excellent. Clubhouse is in need of a facelift.

Private club layout and condition. Rolling hills and fast greens. What a treat.

Nice course and in very good shape. Greens are tough as many have false fronts and roll offs to the sides. Very enjoyable and will definitely be back again

First time at this course, one of the better ones in the area and would recommend it to others but the pace of play, especially on the second 9 nine was TERRIBLE, we left after the 13th hole.

First time at Rawiga. I enjoyed the course - it is a good challenge, but playable. The greens were in great shape and rolled very nicely, though tough to read. Good old school course, tree lined and nice bunkers. Some holes are very close, so be prepared for a lot of chatter. Pace of play was great! Reed off at 9 on a Sunday morning and finished in four hours, but could have played quicker if we tried. No driving range and snack bar area was OK. Will play again.

I first heard of this course through Jimmy Hanlin’s tv show. I have had the pleasure of sharing and introducing this gem to my golfing buddies. It has all you could want in a course. Simple beauty and some shots you need to think about before hitting. It is not an expensive course and you can find great deals on golf now. I have always found the staff pleasant and helpful.

Most greens are crowned, but are in fantastic shape.

I like the course layout, but the greens were brutal. They are crowned so if you roll toward the edges, your ball rolls off the green. The greens were very hard and fast so we could not stick one all day. We had to wait on every shot for the foursome in front of us but they were wait on the people in front of them. Overall the course was in good shape, just slow pace of play.

This course is in nice shape for the time of year. It was very wet and cold, but Cleveland has had a rough start to the golf season. Tight tree lined fairways that are far from flat make tee shot placement a priority. Very fast and firm greens also make this a challenging course. The final 4 holes are a great closing stretch, but overall the front 9 is far more challenging. #1 may be the toughest hole on the course. With a frost delay, they clubhouse team was great at accommodating all golfers on a Saturday morning. Also very reasonably priced concessions. This former country club is well worth the drive and is a hidden gem.
