Pretty good food.
The greens were horrible. Staff was sanding greens while trying to play. They would pull flags, drag the green and then leave the flags laying on the ground. Fairways were decent.
This course is terrible
This golf course is one of the very worst courses I have every played. It was very difficult to find grass anywhere on the fairways and there were broken limbs from the trees every where. In addition, we had to find a way through 30 or more students scattered throughout the course, walking and slow play.
I would never play this course again .
The greens were very good.
Course has some tight fairways but is easy to play. Even from a fairway which you are not supposed to be on.
Course was great
Even though I am a moderate player, I enjoy the large greens.
Makes me feel like I am on a pro tour course.
a good course well manicured, well staffed with very friendly people.
An interesting course with a lot of undulation on the fairway and green. I would like to go back for another round soon.
good course for the price
Great value. The fairways are pretty bare now but the greens are in good shape.
Course Management
When my group went to check in the person working the desk informed us that he was closing up at 5:15pm sharp. Our T-time was 1pm. During our round the course marshall/maintenance worker continually came up to our group telling us we needed to speed up, even though we were not holding up any groups. We were the only group of 4 on the front 9. Everyone else was singles play or groups of 2. He approached us on the course 5 times, and when we stopped at the club house he kept saying we needed to hurry up so he could go home.
I have played this course several times in the past and never had this experience. This experience has caused me to question if I will ever return to this course. Two of our group members were playing this course for the first time and stated how they would never play this course again, because of the staff that day.
Clean course, no jungle roughs. Good golf test.
Greens are in good shape; grounds improvements are evident with some in process. Existing cart trails need a little attention, and a new ones need to be added.
This course never disappoints
First off, remember what you're paying to play here. This course is always a good value, with consistently good pace of play and reliable conditions. The greens are small and slower than most, but maintained and healthy. We are in a drought in Oklahoma so the fairways run out and have alot of tight lies, so take the good with the bad. There's a variety of uphill and down tee shots, and greens that really penalize a very wayward shot. I look at it as a great, friendly course that will hone your game for not alot of money. While you are in town, try the DIXIE diner on 23rd street (nearby), we did for the first time and their food is good and wallet friendly.
The greens are very nice and overall the course was in pretty good shape. Great value
The course was in pretty good condition overall and it is a pleasureable layout. The greens are in very good condition.
Good pice value
Greens are very small. Greens shaped like U.S. states a nice touch. Roll very true. Fairways and short rough are not plush but playable.
Course has nice layout.
We have played this course before and have enjoyed it but the greens were to be top-dressed on Oct 3 and the greens had not been cut or rolled in days and were very shaggy and slow. The fairways are seeming to have more crabgrass every time and we were informed by the marshall that the local rule is 90 degrees in the fairway and back to the cartpath. Didn't understand what they were trying to protect. The course got backed up on the 2nd nine with 3 groups held up by 1 foursome that would not let anyone play through.
The course offers something for all types of players.
The fairways and greens are in good shape. New ownership of this course has made a great difference. If you haven't played this course in several years, you need to give it another try.
Course is right for most
always great greens
see more improvements every time I go there
They have really good greens. This is a good place to play. THey have alot of open fairways but yet they have alot of water , easy and challenging.
Great greens!!! Like the faiways, there is alot of water so it make it challenging as well
This course, especially the greens, is in excellent condition.
Courteous and friendly staff. Greens were in exellent condition. Overall course was great. A good value for the price. I played there a week later than this visit and I plan on playing there in the future. I would reccomend this course to anyone
