Play golf
Heritage Hills and the layout is always fun. Fairways were in great condition but disappointed in the greens all around the course. Burn marks every where. If you pay full price it’s definitely not worth your money. Playing it with a discount is the way to go.
Nice course with a good layout
Very challenging course, but is adaptable to players of all skill levels. Good conditions and pleasant place to play.
Such a great course for the price
Always one of my favorite courses in the area. Really fun layout, usually in very good condition. The greens were a little bit patchy, but overall rolled really well. 17 green was being re-done, so they had a little make-shift par 3 and it was very clearly marked, so I appreciated that. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a HUGE backup on the front nine that never got addressed. I had to skip a hole to get around 2 foursomes that never let anyone play through. But overall, a really enjoyable course that I like to come back to often.
Besides #17, the greens were in pretty good shape. The course has a great layout. It should be nice once the grass grows in come summer time.
Mid-week golf
We started around noon. As the day progressed, the temperature rose and the wind grew stronger. The fairways had more grass than the last time I played there, just a few bare spots. The greens were healthier and rolled very true, some a little faster than others. All in all it was an enjoyable round of golf. Other players were courteous and friendly.
Rescheduled
I booked a tee time for four, 4 days in advance, Then the morning of the round, I getting a call telling me it will have to be rescheduled an hour and twenty minutes later.
Needless to say, I was not happy, having to not only reschedule, but an appointment after the round.
Do you think they would let reschedule if I had the need?
Great course
I have played many of courses and this is by far the best. The staff is AMAZING. Andy Forbes is the golf pro there and he is doing an amazing job. He went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing time. His pro shop workers were amazing too. I love this courses lay out. I’d def recommend playing here. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.!!
Early Spring Golf
The weather was great, a little cool in the breeze. The bunkers had a little gravel in them, just lay them out and save your wedges, and some fairways were a little sparse in the grass department, but overall the course was in good to excellent condition. As always I could have scored a little better. I met and joined up with others on the back nine. It was a good overall experience and the more I play this course the more I appreciate it.
I would recommend it to anyone.
Great Course
This course is a great course for the price you pay.
Well Worth Playing
Tougher than average public course. Greens were excellent and tricky. the pace on the front nine was good, never more than a couple of minutes waiting on the group ahead. The back nine we waited for stacked up groups ahead while feeling pushed by the group behind us.
Great Oklahoma course, it has so much character and personality.
No two holes are the same. Good challenge for Beginners and low handicap golfers.
#7 is a wonderful risk/ reward hole & #18 is a tough 2nd shot to an elevated green.
Father son golf outing.
It was a good experience. (Any time of the links is a good time.) Just a little windy, about a half a club length most of the time, the course layout was fairly easy, of course if you in the fairway they are all easy. A few holes offered more challenge than others, fairly long par 3's for the average golfer, some water and strategically placed bunkers offered some shape shots. The greens were undulating, making single putts a challenge. Overall the course was in good shape. I'm sure we will play there again in the future.
I would pass on this course
The pace of play was slow, foursomes didn't let a twosome play through. The tee boxes and fairways were lacking grass, even for early spring, most of the greens were in good shape. Tons of tree limbs and branches were everywhere.
Beautiful course, nicely layed out ,Greens were well groomed, the overall course was challenging , but designed to be played by even a hack golfer. I will definitely tell my friends about Iran’s we will be back!!
Good course for the area
This is a goof course that challenges all of your game. If you play the blue tees it makes it a long course. Course has elevation changes, good hole lay outs and water hazards. Staff is friendly but caters to old timer locals. Only course in the Clarmore area. However, if you are in the Tulsa are,a this course would be at the bottom of my must play list.
Unhappy
Booked a tee time for 1, arrived early with my 5 year old who was really excited to ride along and watch. Was told I was paired with 3 other players which I couldn't do with my son with me. I had to pay an additional cart rental in order to have my son ride with me. They said all the golf now tee times pair you with other players, which isn't true, I book tee times for 1 all the time. Was unhappy the tee time price that was offered was not honored by the staff. Will not go back, this was the second time I played at Heritage Hills and second time I was treated rudely by the staff.
