Battle Creek Golf Club

Enjoyed the course. Nice wide open fairways. The course was in great shape. The staff was very nice. Only downside was the heat..but that was mother natures fault. I would definitely play there again.

This is the second time I've played this course. The last time it was like a swamp due to what I thought was rain the day before and cool temperatures. This time most of the Fairways were wet and the carts were cart path only on a fairly warm day. Some of the areas were dry, leading me to believe this was an irrigation issue causing flooding in many areas.

A lot of the yardage is high even on the silver tee boxes. As a low distance hitter, red tee player, the course is just too frustrating and I don't plan to plsy it again.

To be fair, our T-time followed heavy rain storms the day before. Fairways were soaked and the weather was quite chilly. We had heard great things about this course from other players, so we were excited to play. The course is surrounded by homes and apartment buildings. It would be a good walking course, as it is relatively flat. I may try it again when it dries out.

It’s been hot here so I know the greens take extra attention, most were in great shape. Hole 18 it looked like they had taken a small rototiller in a circle around the cup about a 10ft diameter. almost impossible to put it in. I’m sure it was for a reason just not sure what????

Battle Creek is our favorite public course in the Tulsa area. It’s been super wet this year which made it c quite a bit more challenging than it already is.
