Amazing course to play fast greens nice fairways. Not for beginners but very fun for those who enjoy a challenging round of golf
Great course for a tournament
Had a great time playing in a tournament at Sunset Ridge. Course was in great condition and fun to play.
Fool me once, shame on me..
Fool me 10 or 12 times… shame on me. I guess it’s my fault for always going back and giving them another chance, but it’s just not worth it anymore. We won’t be back. This place just keeps getting worse. Worst course conditions in the Syracuse area. Tees are unplayable, fairways long and uncut, greens in bad shape and uncut. Pins were dumb and beat up, you can tell they havnt been changed in days. Busy weekend day and no bar or food open. Like 8 years ago this place was great but it’s got progressive worse every year. The good reviews of this place must be fake to boost their numbers. I can’t imagine anyone rating this place good. It’s a real shame because it’s a cool and fun layout but now it’s a dump.
Decent course
Hard to find way around the course…more signs! If they cleaned up sone of the weeds and brush that hide some potentially great holes the course would be above average. Enjoyed the course and the round!

Course is long and the greens are hard to hit and putt. Good challenge. Course was in great shape but the ladies tees are terrible. Need work.
Uniquely Challenging
I keep coming back. There are so many challenging holes tee to green. The greens themselves were surprisingly quick, 11ish? Then the rolling elevation changes on the green will have you head scratching.
But if you like golf, that is what makes it fun.
BYO hand sanitizer and maybe a deck of cards for the long round.
Make sure you bring your own sanitizer…. No soap or towels in the bathrooms and it doesn’t look like they have been cleaned in years. Very gross. Would never eat here based on the bathrooms. Golf was terribly slow and overbooked. Course was not in good condition. Used to be a great place but has gone down hill big time. I’ll give it another shot but hope they can get their act together.
