Great course Photo submitted by 5959steven on 11/08/2016
Great course . Challenging course enjoy playing there
Amazing view
Great course, great greens and great staff. I can’t wait to play in the summer when everything is green. Definitely a beautiful course that I highly recommend, it’s a must play.
Course is challenging and scenic!
My favorite course in Tulsa area, staff is always nice. The grill cook is AMAZING! Thank you Lady!!!
Wow!
Wow! The Canyons is so much nicer after they remodeled the whole course. Tee box, fairways and greens are in the best shape I’ve ever seen. Greens is fast and well taken care. This course ranks with some of the best around Oklahoma. It’s worth every penny.
Awesome course
Remodeled course is in great shape. Greens are like ice, and not a flat one out there. Most beautiful course on a sunny day.
Sensitive to a fun round
I have played the course for over 40 years and the recent improvements plus what was already being done the last three or four years are truly impressive. The course is in excellent condition. The two suggestions I have are to be very aware of where the pins are placed. A handful of pin placements yesterday were pretty unfair for us amateurs. Especially when you consider this new Bermuda has characteristics of above average speed and “trickle” effect where it is difficult to keep the ball around the hole. The other suggestion is cut the rough shorter. It slows play by having to search for the ball first, and then it is overly punitive to the average golfer to have to dig the ball out. I am a 6.5 index and found it difficult to manage the rough.
But otherwise very impressed. The course is a far cry from my high school days when we referred to the course as the goat ranch because it was always in poor condition.
