Love the terrain of the front 9

This course is fun to play with the front 9 being really tough sometimes. Enjoyed its challenges

Course was very dry and pretty hard - fairways and tee boxes were not in good shape. Greens were soft and rolled OK. We played in under 3.

Its a decent value for $25 on Golf Now. Would not pay over that.

Good course for the money

This course has a lot of risk/reward holes as well as some short holes for scoring but the small greens make it difficult to score well.

I was pleasantly surprised with Surrey Hills

I had heard a few negative comments about this course. I played it first with a friend, and liked it (but not how I played), and took my wife back for another outing. Again the conditions of the course were quite good for it's price range. I enjoy sloping terrain and greens with some character, and this course has it. I would recommend checking with the course to see if they are busy. The day I took my wife it was backed up with what appeared to be a residents day with alot of fivesomes. That was excruciatingly slow play. I will be going back. Just don't expect to be met with alot of joy at the clubhouse when you payed online with GolfNow.
