Wide open farm country kinda dope vibe one of the first courses in Oregon from what I am told.
Decent smaller course for the price
Sunset Grove is a decent course if your looking to walk a quick, affordable nine. Greens are like broccoli and never really roll true, so don't go out there looking to work on your putting.
Back to back Par three's can be difficult
I like this course because it does present some challenges and there are good scores for had if you game is on!
nice course, course conditions good
The course is fairly easy but has trees that make you pay if you are off target. Greens and fairways surprisingly in very good condition considering the fee. It is a great gold experience. Keep the fees affordable. Keep the senior rates.
First time at SGGC
Played Sunset for the first time today. It’s a nice straight forward 9-hole layout in a farmland setting. The fairways and greens were in good condition, well watered, played fairly. and enjoyed the early morning round. Friendly staff and same with the players we engaged with. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another casual 9.
