Sorry to see it go
I've played Limekiln several times and felt the course was in the best condition I have ever seen it. The pace of play was amazing - under four hours to play the Blue/Red course. My son and I had a wonderful time out there playing and we'll be sorry to see this course go with its sale.
Nice course
Limekiln is a nice 27 hole layout that is challenging to all levels. The staff helps makes this course a very enjoyable round. They have a driving range and nice practice green.
Fall Golf
Weather was not ideal. It was cart path only. However, it was a great round. Staff is super friendly and despite the weather and time of the year , the course was in phenomenal shape.
Keep em waiting
Great course but not a good value for golf now. Bunched multiple groups together despite course being wide open. Won’t play again.
Much better
I played last week and the course was pretty good and the traps were terrible. This week the traps were being worked on and they were great! Kudo's to the managers who are attacking the issue. Great job
Blue Red
Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in fine shape. Rough was cut low. The traps were terrible. Flooded, ponded and I’m many cases bare dirt(on uphill faces). Staff was friendly and food was very good. I was just surprised at how bad the traps were. Of course if I had a better game that wouldn’t be an issue but as it is now I enjoy my fair share of bunker play!
Give this course a try
Just played this course for the first time. The front nine which was the white was OK we played the blue back was much better. They have another 9 red, like to try that . The course was in decent shape they just aerated so there was some bumps. But as soon as the greens heal this will be in great track
Last year course open
Will miss this course. I have always enjoyed the rounds of golf played here.
An Old Favorite
I played this course growing up and, aside from the price, not too much has changed. It is a well-kept course, nothing fancy, but the putts run true and the sand was raked. The holes are not very difficult, so a good score is definitely possible!
Nice Layout
This course has a nice layout white and blue course. Although I like playing the red more than the white, its a nice layout. Greens are in great shape. It was a chilly day. Light crowd due to weather, however we caught up to a slow foursome.
