Cart path only for all but the two women in the foursome in front of us. At least they had a leisurely day. Ranger ignored it all.

Played on a weekday in late August. Course was in good shape, to include greens and tee boxes. Pace of play on this particular day was very good. Staff were friendly, particularly Cathy who was working in the pro shop. Nice outside bar for a drink after the round. Good experience overall.

I haven’t played the Bucks Club in several years and am remembering the course condition from my years of playing in a league there. The tee boxes, fairways, greens were okay fairly well maintained. The bunkers are another issue very little sand in the bunkers and those were like concrete. The rough, 2nd cut were also not well maintained making a ball just just off the fairway having a lie that was typically on hardpan.

The pro shop and starter staff were very professional and friendly making you comfortable.

We played in 4 hours flat as a foursome in spite of having a five some in front of us, I questioned the marshal if this was acceptable with no real answer but again they only held us up on last five holes and not unreasonably so.

We paid the senior rate which was reasonable but not best rate around. All in all it was an enjoyable day of golf.

Tee boxs were awful. Greens were very slow. While the GPS carts are comfortable, the GPS scoreboard was off by at least 10 yards. The carts would shut down without warning. We had to backup at least a dozen times. So annoying! The whole course was bone dry and the bunkers had no sand in them.

Nice course played many times, was in very good shape especially the fairways and most of the greens. Only issue was so many people playing and should have separated the start times to allow more time between golfers so you don’t have to wait on most holes and feel like people are on your back. Definitely will continue to play the course. Glad to see they had water and ball washers
