Beautiful course and friendly staff
Hiland is a beautiful course with multiple long Par 3s. Long fairways and an open course design gives you a fighting chance on every hole. Well-maintained rough and manageable greens make for a pleasant outing, no matter your handicap. Definitely worth a trip to Butler,PA for a round!

Excellent course I'm very challenging first time playing there very well-kept drainage greens were very nice overall I would say an excellent Golf Course

Greens are fast. Fairways are terrible. Tee boxes need some attention.

Fairways can use some help. They are not too much different than the rough and they were hard as a rock! Lots of crab grass in fairways also. Greens were very fast.
Good for the price
First time playing this course in probably 10 years. It was in fairly good condition. Some fairways were a little sparse. The layout has to many short holes, and 2 par 3's almost as long as a few par 4's
Great feel, and look
Second time there played well move along great course conditions, pin placements were challenging.
Took two friends with me this time, they liked it as well

A few short par 4s that are fun to try and drive the green, friendly staff and well kept grounds make this an overall enjoyable experience.

My favorite course ever!
This is easily my favorite course ever, which I have been playing since 1969! It is a great family-owned treasure. The course is not too long for me, who doesn’t hit the ball a ton. It’s a good challenge, but isn’t fraught with trouble. I love it!
Greens were fast and true. Course was in good shape except for few wet spots
Great golf
Really enjoyed our round. Play was slow, but relaxing .course was in excellent shape considering the the monsoon season we're having. Had to deal with locust plague ,but survived.
