About
Split Rock Resort & Golf Club is nestled in the western region of the Pocono Mountains along the banks of Lake Harmony. The club has 27 holes of championship golf as well as an 18-hole miniature golf course for the kids. Split Rock's North Course is an 18-hole layout that is supplemented by the South nine, which can be combined with either the front or back nine of the North. Stretching to 7,150 yards from the tips, the North Course offers plenty of room with several holes that will appeal to long hitters. Mature trees line the fairways and strategically placed bunkers surround the greens on every hole. Water hazards make an appearance on only four holes but they are memorable ones, especially par-5 fifth where golfers have to contend with not one but two lakes.

Stunning views, insanely Slow place
Stunning views, no ranger on course took 3 hours for the front 9. And 2 hours 45 min for the back. Waited 25+ minutes on some holes before we could hit. Fairways were cleared of leaves and very well kept. Longest round ever played due to the slow pace and no rangers. But if you like beautiful scenery, and don’t mind losing your tempo and you’re not in any type of rush, this place is great.
Great course, great clubhouse
The north course was in great shape, it's a little tighter than most courses but still playable for most players skill level. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Also, check out the restaurant in the clubhouse it's a Hidden Gem.
Worth playing
Played this course for second time. Played the South Coursr then crossed over to North. Played both North courses previous time. Great layout enjoyed all the holes. Adjusts to all levels of player. Would definitely encourage playing here if in the area.
Nice course
This course has everything a golfer could want. Pick your tees to match your ability. Course was in great shape considering all the rain. Staff are exceptional… very friendly and accommodating. Playing again! I would r commend playing this course. Many spectacular views. Trees were just starting to turn.
Not worth the money
We really expected better maintenance for a course priced like this.
Beautiful in the Poconos
I’m a high handicap golfer and I thought this course was beautiful but very challenging. The front 9 is more of a target course where you really need to think about course management, just hitting driver all the time will get you into lots of trouble. The clubhouse, the starter all the staff we encountered were very nice. Course conditions were very good, there were some soft spots but we played after and through a little rain. Greens were in good shape and challenging. I would love to play this course in the fall when the leaves are changing it would be beautiful.

Pocono golf
Split Rock is a challenging golf course, lots of elevation changes. The greens were in excellent condition, the fairways were also in good shape, the rough just off the fairways was pretty high and tough to hit out of.
