Beautiful course
Very beautiful course very well maintained! Staff are very friendly and courteous. Greens a big and still very challenging
A wonderful surprise
My first time on the course - best surprise playing on a new course that I can remember. If you can drive the ball accurately, and have a good short game - you will love this place. Greens were often well protected with bunkers and lots of run-offs that you won't know about until you get to the green. Wonderful layout, candidly on par with many of the historic New England courses.
Jack Frost Cc
you def need some local knowledge as some of the holes require a narrow target area to have a easy shot to the green. Staff is excellent, great range and practice area. Great overall course. Will play again
Nice layout
The course layout was good, the staff very friendly, the greens deceptively fast. Overall, a good test of golf.
True gem
Definitely for the better players.
Play from the tip and find out my true limits.
Great architecture course that makes you play all the clubs in your bag. Must play at least once and will make honest golfer out of you. Highly recommend.
Best Course in the Poconos!
I play here every summer and keep coming back. The Course and the layout is just awesome and the staff are very friendly. I also love the fact that there’s a huge driving, practice, sand traps, and chipping area in addition to the practice putting green.
Great course
Fun holes. Pace was great. The price was great. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Great Golf
First time golfing here. For the price you can’t beat it. It’s a fun course and some beautiful holes. Definitely will golf here again.
One of the best in Poconos
Definitely my favorite. Nice greens and well kept course. Can play here any number of times !!
Enjoyable
Scenic and peaceful. Played 18 holes in 3:15.Challenging variety of holes in great condition.
The people here are the best, so is the course
My friend and I meet here, halfway between Baltimore and Syracuse, to play a couple of courses and do 1 overnight in Wilkes-Barre. We're both retired now and we play here every year in the PM, and it's ALWAYS a great time. Great layout. A real variety of holes with fabulous conditions. Very scenic and secluded. Worth the trip. Difficult course for high handicappers. Play up a tee box and enjoy it more!
The greens here are perfect, but large and undulating, with a few shelf areas and multiple tiers. The wind here can be unreal, but not this perfect day. Maybe because it wasn't windy they put out the18 hardest pin placements we've ever play here, Monday 6/1. We speculated with the other twosome we were paired with on other reasons the pins might be so challenging. This is the one I can write about. Made it probably 5+ shots harder, with several run-aways if you went 6 inches past a pin.
The ridges and knolls also rejected a lot of wedge or iron shots that would have been close and made 2 putt a real challenge. It's a mountain track, with plenty uphill, downhill and sidehill lies. No water. The rough was penal in places, and OB is everywhere, left, right, long, with well placed, and well maintained, traps on every hole. There are good and bad misses on almost every shot. Play smart! If I lived within an hour, I'd play here every week.
The people here are so nice. We had a nice lunch before and a beer afterward. We highly recommend this course. I used GolfNow to play for $35/man, a steal. The regular rate is $59 during the week, and it's still a bargain. Go here!
