Blue/Ridge at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club
About
Nestled in the rolling hills of northeastern Pennsylvania, Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf that were carefully carved from woodlands and valleys. There are no parallel fairways throughout the entire course, giving each hole a secluded setting. The golf course offers plenty of variety, which has made it a popular venue for outings and tournaments. The holes are divided into nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Blue/Ridge Course is both scenic and challenging. The courses are almost equal in length but the Blue nine is considered slightly more difficult, although the Ridge nine possesses two of the few water holes at the club. Mature trees frame most of the holes and there are also strategically placed bunkers along the greensides.

Not worth playing this course anymore.
Used to be my favorite course in the area. Unfortunately management prioritizes profits over quality. No matter what time of day you play expect your round to take at least six hours. They schedule tee times in 6 minute increments so expect to be waiting behind three other groups on the first tee. The course condition has also suffered due to consistent course overcrowding. They have 27 holes at the course but for whatever reason instead of alleviating the crowd they would rather send every group off the same 9 rather than spreading golfers out. It's as if the manager gets some sort of joy from telling you "it's going to be a slow round". Also be aware that management will not stamp your free-round card because they claim that they do not make any profit off of reservations made on golf now. Just an all around bad experience every time I play this course.
the course is beautiful and serene in this part of the world
The layout is very difficult at times with some holes very long and difficult. It is nice and a good buy for the money.
Met some great people
Best course in the area. Can be overbooked a lot of times but, it’s different all the time. The manager in pro shop in a stand up guy, in fact all of the staff are really nice. Course is always in great shape.
good layout
my husband and i enjoy the day the only disappointed was the were plugged with sand on them
Beautiful Course
First time there and will definitely be back unfortunately the greens were aerated so they didn’t play well.
Great layout on frigid day
I played Blue Ridge for the first time. This is a 27 hole course with great layout and elevations. There are wide fairways with some dog legs. Signage is great for golfers.
The time I played greens were being maintained so very sandy. I picked the coldest day of April to play as there are snow and rain on and off during our round. Otherwise this will be great to play when weather warms up.
Will be back!
After a number of mediocre experiences enroute home to Canada, this course was the highlight!
All facets were 4 plus and except for the aeration of the greens could have been higher.
Even the twosome that we played with were special folks and the bag drop attendant Gary was extremely welcoming.
Will definitely return when our travels allow.
Best Course in the Area!
Course was beautiful, especially for this time of the year. Greens rolled perfectly, bunkers were nice, the whole package! If you are looking for a course in the NEPA area, this is the one for you
Great course even in bad weather
This course never disappoints. Even though the weather turned bad on us, it was still an enjoyable round. The course is in great shape even though it has been a messy spring. The staff is topnotch and we really enjoyed having a drink while we waited for some rain to pass before we started.
Blue ridge trail
One of the best tracks in nepa. Staff is very friendly and conditions always excellent
For this time of year, the course was in great condition.
Very good condition for this time of the year. They do a fine job of maintaining the courses playability. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel really welcome.
Nice track
After a frost delay, staff was fantastic getting the golfers out to play. The layout was gorgeous and the pace of play was excellent. 18 holes in 3 hours 35 minutes, can't beat that. I want to play here again when everything is in full bloom.
