Lebanon Valley Golf Course

I seem to write the same review again and again for LVGC.

At 2:30- 3:00 people seem to show up and scatter to whatever open tee they can find. I'm round as a single was great until hole 16. I was at about 220 after 15. I finished 1 25 minutes later due to the slow play caused by these people. In 55 years of playing this game, never has this happened. But every round at LVGC!

If it wasn't for $30 rounds I would not play it again. You get what you pay for.

Pace of play was terrible for a Sunday afternoon. People teaching other people to play holding up play. There were 6 people in group. They broke up the group but never followed up.

Played in 3 hours on a Monday, starting just before 11 a.m. Course was in very good shape. Fewer browned-out spots than I've been seeing at many other (and more expensive) course this summer. Greens were also in excellent shape and rolled true. A member of the grounds crew was out fixing ball marks with a very cool tool that' I've never seen. I'd love to see other course follow suit. Yes, it would be even better if people fixed their own hallmarks and the grounds crew did not have to do it for them. I only get to play here once or twice a year because it's not very close to where I live. I'm always surprised at how good the layout is in an "Old School Country Club" kind of way. A great mix of forced carries, blind tee shots, blind approaches, surprisingly-dense rough, dramatic elevation changes, easier holes, harder holes, etc.

Awful. bring a side x side with you, cart paths are terrible. I feel the price is way over the condition of the cart paths or lack there-of. course playing area was nice especially for the small amount of rain we have received.

A well kept course was great to

play and the course offered 9 holes which works perfect with my schedule.

Half of the cart paths are a disgrace. The owner owns a concrete business but only half of the course has been completed. The owner is a multi millionaire but for an unknown reason hasn't finished this course in the last 4 - 5 years. Unbelievable.

The fairways and greens are in really nice shape! Staff were very nice and friendly, even the guy mowing got off to help us find where our balls landed!

There are a few cart paths that still need replaced, even after several years of playing here, nothing has been done to them. The cart cupholder section was very dirty, could use more attention there.

Cheap, but lllllllooooooonnnnnggggggg. Great if you’re trying to save a buck and enjoy 6 hour golf rounds.

Great quality and value for amateur golfers.

Course in very good shape, greens rolled nicely, hilly but easy to play. Usually like to play all over to spread the wealth.
