Panorama Golf Club - Rolling Hills Course

Course in good condition just pace of play slow account players allowed to move as they wish without regards to cart position. Basic management say "Players should hv FUN!" Dress code NOT adhered to.

The course is in great shape! But, as always the customer service needs improvement! How can a company who is in customer service make comments about a bad review, by telling a paying customer they won't be able to play there anymore? This sounds like a person who never be in charge of any company that deals with customers.

For the price, this is a great deal. Every member of the staff we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and just full of hospitality. Food was good. Beer was cold.

Fairways are in GREAT shape. Most greens are in good shape. Some patches of weeds on greens, but for the price, they exceeded expectations. The rough is, well, rough and patchy. Punishing as well-- if you find your ball. Stay in the fairways.

Layout of the course (holes 1-18) is great for beginners, but VERY straight. Pretty boring for more advanced players.

Overall, I'll play it again when guests are in town that want to play, but want a good and fun deal.

NO course supervision allowing players to maneuver all over the course causing pace of play slowed.

I played the Wingedfoot to Thunder Bird course on Saturday, September 30th, in the afternoon. The first thing that stood out to me was the vast improvement in course conditions and the new fleet of recently acquired carts. The greens uses to be inconsistent with patches of poa anna causing green speeds to be slow. That is no longer the case. The ball rolled well with speeds usually seen at high end courses in the area. The fairways and rough were full without many bare patches to be seen.

Overall, this course should be highly considered to be put into the normal rotation with a great value accompanied by the improved playing conditions.

Greens were FAST and rolled true. Love that they have a ice station at club house which makes it easy to fill cooler. A must on hot days.

The last few times I have played panorama it's been horrible! The pace of play is the worse I've ever seen! I understand 19 thru 27 are closed for repairs! But when it takes you 3 hrs to play 9 holes that is uncalled for! What is the reason you keep a marshal employed? He does nothing to speed up play. Then play today behind a tournament, and was told nothing about it when I checked in! This course is getting more about the money than about the players that keep it open!

Sterling Golf Course Management is doing an excellent job improving Panorama Golf Club.

From the moment I arrived they personal from the pro shop to the marshals made me feel like I was a member. Everybody was courteous service food grade and pace of play was 3 1/2 hour. Would definitely recommend and I will be back again.

Just a few years ago I played this course on a Golf Now Hot Deal and felt even with the discount it was not worth it. A lot has changed in 2 years . The greens are par with The Wood Forest golf course greens that are some of the best in Houston The fairways are good and the rough is challenging . The course should feel proud of the improvements they have made .

The course is in great shape, and the staff was great as well.

I played this course about 5 times previously. The course is in excellent shape and the best I've seen it.

The course was not the issue, it was well maintained with holes that required a variety of shots. Extremely crowed with members getting preferential treatment and guest players getting harassed to speed up. Ironically, the members should have been on the clock.

We booked the Hot Deal for the day. Course was in very goid shape, maybe need a little work on tee box but not much. Fairways weren't exactly lush but no problem finding a decent lie in the fairways. Greens were much faster than the nirmal courses that I play and the slopes were killer!

The course is in great condition considering. hurricane Harvey. The faiways where slightly moost which provided for a nice divot. I do have to aay the greens are in the beSt shape ever. Koudos to the cree for helping us get through the storm.

Greens hard and spotty, but for $22 it was a good practice round.

Ranger was friendly but did nothing to speed play on back 9. Group ahead of me had no business playing from the blue tees

This course is in great shape while other courses are withering under the Houston summer heat. 5th time playing this course and still love the greens!

Nice bar/restaurant, liked 4 different meals there and they have daily specials. Staff is great!

First off, the fairways and greens were in good shape! Tee boxes were in horrible shape( white). Staff is still not very friendly. It seems since they changed management, it hasn't gotten any before! And, there own members are seeing many of theses issues. Maybe the management needs to step back and see it!

I gave this course a 5 star review a couple months ago. Not so much now. Miss the fairway and it's almost impossible to find your ball. Cut the grass, guys!
