Great course
come play this course, you'll see what the hype is about!
Some of the best greens around the NW.
Greens were great
Had a problem upon arrival, due to having two bookings for the same tee time from golf now. Staff worked with us to accommodate both groups, with no extra cost. Our group thought the cost of the booking was a bit much. At the course, the restaurant and bar was not open on Mondays. We couldn't have lunch at the course after our round. But the staff in the pro shop were able to get us beverages in between helping new customers.
Excellent Course
Even though it is a 75 minute ride, I enjoyed playing this course as it has both easy and challenging holes. Course was still a tad bit muddy in places. Greens in excellent shape and fast.
Nice course - challenging
Greens had recently been aerated and some sand was still on the greens. However, it was not too bad. Fairways are tight - lots of trees , and water to deal with. Once the trees bloom, the course will play that much tougher. Course offers a good challenge. Easy course to walk.
Great greens.
Greens roll nicely. Course is well kept. Clubhouse, restaurant/bar are very nice. Friendly staff.
Course was in great shape
Great course on a nice weather day... rough one after a big rain. Facilities were super. Greens in top notch shape. Best place to play between Portland and Seattle for convenience, course conditions and price.
Great Warm Up for 201 Season
Some shot maker holes and some easy holes, great combination and a fair course. Good fairways and greens for early season. It is the NW so no shortage of water! LOL Will play again and recommend to others. Enjoy

It's February and 60 degrees an sunny out. Great day for golf. Course was in great shape, not to crowded. Good time
Airification
Great rate, but the coarse was being airified. There was no mention of the airification, and we were forced to play the back 9 twice.
The greens were covered with sand and nearly unplayable.
The course should have advised visitors when booking that the course was in this condition.
I may avoid this course in the future, not knowing what the conditions might be with a pre-paid round.
no aeration warning
No warning. Arrived to find half the course closed and the other half just aerated the day before. Heavily sanded. We were told that we could call golfnow and dicker if we wanted. The rest of the course looked like the had spent all their time aerating and let the tees and fairways go for a few days. The other fellow we played with was from out of town and was surprised at the course condition. I would not blame him if this was his only visit.
Well Maintained
One of my favorite courses. It is so well maintained and a great setting. The greens are also some of the best in the area.
Fastest greens around.
This is a great value. If you're in the area I would recommend playing. My Dad and I teed up at 715 and flew through in 3:15.
Overall course conditions were good. It's not heavily manicured but playable.
You'll earn you're score here with small greens that roll true and about 9.5 or 10 stimp I'd guess.
It's deceiving as the rest if the course is cut like you'd expect for the money but the putts can roll 8 feet by in the blink of an eye.
Fastest greens in the west
Riverside has continued to improve year after year. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities are top notch. But the takeaway everytime I play there are the greens. Your ball has an easy 12 to 18 inces left to travel after you are sure it is done. This week we played some courses that rate twice the cost and did not surpass the quality of Riverside's imaculately kept greens.

The course was in such great shape tee to green so much fun we played 27 on a busy day and still finished in 6 hours

I play golf all over the Pacific Northwest and the greens at Riverside in Chehalis are hands down the best greens I play on every year. What a true joy to putt on such fabulous greens.

Highly recommend you play this course. Easy check in, friendly staff, and fast greens.
Good Public Course
The course was in good condition, the staff were very helpful. The course is laid of crossing holes which i found myself hitting down the wrong fairway more than once. The signs should be painted on the golf paths because I spend a lot of time driver liking for the next hole because they keep crossing.
Riverside is best in Lewis County
This course is a beautiful course with a great clubhouse to relax in after your round. Highly recommend it!
