Course is faily narrow
Course was in good shape. if you do not hit the fairways you will have a long day.
Great coruse
Well maintained and great staff greens were beautiful and not to narrow
Great course
Will play again this summer. Course in Excellent shape.
Fast greens!
I can't think of a better place for a round or tournament. Easy middle point from PDX or SEA.
Slow play
I had never played here before.
I'm a scratch golfer and heard the greens were really fast. My home course is Salish and I can honestly say the greens at Riverside are very comparable. They lack the undulations Salish greens have.
I always play the tips but there was literally no difference on most holes here.
The thing that bugged me is that the stater just let people go out in no order. They sent me out alone and I had to play through 3 groups until the pace was tolerable.
Very short course...... Super nice greens though.....
Beautiful course
The course is very well kept. The greens are fast. Plenty of challenges for every level player.
Great day!
The course was in fantastic shape. Greens were excellent and running smooth and true. I would recommend this course to anyone. Above the 15th tee was a Golden Eagle just checking things out.
Good course
Well kept, nice greens, never backed up, overall an easier course to shoot low scores but plays fun
The course has the most challenging greens I have ever played it is a great course it not only has challenging holes but beautiful scenery
I would recommend this course for anyone to play just because of the great putting greens. It's like the challenge of what pros are playing. Riverside golf course is a must play; the staff is friendly they treat you like family. It is the ultimate golf course in washington to play.
Challenging pin locations
The water features and pin locations make this course a blast to play.
Always a fun round
Even with all the rain in the past month the course was in great shape. Greens were fast and fun. I walked the front 9 and got a cart for the back 9.
Course was in good shape for this time of year and at 42 degrees.
A very good day on the course. Was met by a very friendly staff that was most helpful with our request.
User friendly
good playable course. a few challenges and good for all golfers
Nice course, inexpensive ($16/senior walking)
I've played this course quite a few times. It gets a bit soggy in the winter (like now), but is playable and fairly well maintained except in the worst weather. The course has some interesting holes; number 4 (was #13 before they reversed the nines) is about a 200-yard carry across the water, or you can play it safer and go around to the left. This doesn't completely take the water out of play, though. If the course isn't busy and no one close behind, I usually find quite a few golf balls here; some to play, some to add to my shag bag. Last outing I was +14 on balls, including one in the water on #4 and one in the water on #11.Four ProV1s.in the batch.
Booking it through GolfNow, I got a rate of $20 for 18 walking. But the course only charges $16 winter rate for seniors walking 18, so if you're in that category (I think it's 60+ at this course), you can usually get it cheaper by walking up. Reservations are not normally needed in fall/winter.
Love the Course
Riverside Golf Course is one of my favorites, however the staff member that help us seemed very condescending. It was as though the person wanted us to hurry up and get done so he could leave or do his own thing. This course is a good course to be challenging with any handicap.
uncrowded, very friendly...fellow players as well as the staff...well maintained
Tremendous value on golfnow....quick play with no slowdowns. Gorgeous greens front nine...just happened to hit day after plugging back nine...but other than that the course was nicely maintained. Very nice restaurant and fun elevated, outside deck with view. golfed with my son and we are both looking to return. We did travel 55 miles to the course but look forward to a return trip.10-4-13
gem you don't hear about.
it is a very nice course, pretty and some challenging holes. not crowded, so could play at our own pace...great dinner afterward in their restaurant.
Great shape for the money
Great course for the money. Greens where in great shape. The course rating seems long considering the course is very tight and you need to play a few times for good course management. Overall great course for the cost.
Riverside Golf Course is a gem.
The tree lined fairways can be tough. A must play if you are in the area. The course is well kept and it host's great green's. The roof-top bar is awesome.
Course is beautiful but the hole signs on the course need to be painted. It was easy to get on the course fairway.
