Lake Cushman Golf Course is perched on the Olympic Mountain above Hoodsport. The course runs alongside the Hood Canal, a location that is abundant in wildlife and where golfers will enjoy fresh mountain air. The course sprawls across gently rolling hills scattered with mature trees. You can choose between playing nine holes or playing the different back tees for a full 18-hole round. It's an easily walkable layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. It's a golf course where low handicappers can work on their skills in a no-pressure environment and high handicappers will be put to the test. The scenic setting is worth playing a round at Lake Cushman G.C. regardless of skill level. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice facility with a wide-open driving range and a putting green with a bunker.

LOVE THE COURSE
wE PLAY THIS COURSE A COUPLE OF TIMES EVERY YEAR AND IT IS IN GREAT SHAPE.
Great coarse
Only downfall is its a little spendy to other coarses i frequent , cart price is high also
Excellent greens
We played the front nine in1 &1/2 hours. Greens are well groomed and true. Staff and faculties excellent read.
Great course for a Sunday afternoon
The course is fun, challenging, and in great shape. We played on Sunday mid morning so that explains the slow pace of play. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We look forward to playing there again.

Good conditions, great price
The course was in really good condition. The greens were receptive and rolled nicely. Would have been nice to have more food options in the clubhouse.

Great little resort course at the foot of the Olympics. While the course was a little soggy it was february but the greens were awesome and im sure lightning fast as the year goes on. very friendly and i would reccomend it to anyone.

6 greens just punched and sanded but played well, very scenic, friendly staff I would recommend this course

It was my first time playing here and I will be back. Shot an 87 which was my best score by two strokes yet. Being a nine hole course you play twice gets a little congested at the turn. Got stuck behind some guys who took forever and shot terrible. Other than that I really like the layout.
Lake Cushman twice around
Played for the first time and it was a delight. My wife, a new golfer, had a great time too. The par 4's were long enough to keep the course interesting.
Fun course
Little aeration problem other than that course was great fun..
Happily surprised on a new find for golf.
This was the first time playing this course. Some of the greens had be recently aerated so putting was tricky. Overall the course is in great shape. Probably will be some wet areas during the winter. Very nice surroundings in a quiet community. We played on Friday so many of the residences were not occupied.
Easy walking course. We will be back.
Pluged greens
The greens were plugged two week ago very bumpy rough mower mowing while playing in way did not stop man behind counter rude,golf now did not indelicate plugging wasted drive and gas.
GREAT COURSE
Second time playing this course. Outstanding staff, great conditions. Pace of play can be slowed fue to layout but only took 3 1/2 hours, about average. The cost is a real bargain however they do not offer a military rate like many of the other local courses. I will certainly play here again though.
Play at Lake Cushman
Played as a foursome. Had a great time with
two men who lived close to our home. The course
was quite busy but we did play at an acceptable
speed. About 4 hours.
Would play again.
Pleasantly surprised. Course was in excellent condition. Tees, fairways and greens were maintained with care. Course was challenging and we'll laid out. They should be proud of this hidden gem in a beautiful rural setting. Staff was pleasant and pay attention to detail. Fellow players were easy going and considerate in this well maintained community. If you are ever in the area it is great place for a relaxing round. We look forward to playing there again.
