Lake Cushman Golf Course is perched on the Olympic Mountain above Hoodsport. The course runs alongside the Hood Canal, a location that is abundant in wildlife and where golfers will enjoy fresh mountain air. The course sprawls across gently rolling hills scattered with mature trees. You can choose between playing nine holes or playing the different back tees for a full 18-hole round. It's an easily walkable layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. It's a golf course where low handicappers can work on their skills in a no-pressure environment and high handicappers will be put to the test. The scenic setting is worth playing a round at Lake Cushman G.C. regardless of skill level. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice facility with a wide-open driving range and a putting green with a bunker.

Perfect conditions
a little cool in the beginning but once the sun broke through it was perfect. Course looks really good.
Everything was perfect.
The course was in pristine condition and the pace of play was perfect. Can’t ask for much more.
Wildlife Too
Fun course but we always see wildlife too. We have seen this year a Deer with two fawns that were only a few weeks old and a different Deer with yearings. We also see Coyotes both young and old. There are geese too. Fun Course for several reasons!

Beautiful course that had just the right amount of challenge for most golfers! You can walk it or use a cart. Well maintained with a friendly staff! Love this gem!
Big bang for the buck
With Golf Now discounts we paid A TOTAL OF ONE DOLLAR for 2 playerswith cart. And we love the Lake Cushman course....9 regulation holes carves out of the Olympic Mountains. We play twice and the challenge never proves boring. And always a double flavor of the best ice cream in Hoodsport apre' golf. We live in Tacoma and love the drive out the Canal getting there. Outstanding day.
Worth the one hour drive!
Always enjoy Cushman. We enjoy seeing the wildlife. Saw a Deer with two very young fawns this time there. Layout of the course is great to keep you on your toes. Like the lack of bunkers. Pace of play is always comfortable. Good value!
