Great day for golf
Went to Nile for our second time. Got to start earlier than scheduled and played as a twosome. Course conditions were great! No complaints at all about that. Finished the front 9 in 1 hr 40 min but pace of play gradually slowed over back 9 and we finished in 4 hours.
A great short track with exceptional greens
I love this course and within the city of Seattle, it is a wonderful little oasis just off I-5. The course plays short but long hitters beware! For you cant muscle your way around these fast and firm greens. Way better maintenance than any of the munis within the same city, bar none!
Great conditions, slowish play
Played here for the first time, walked using push carts. Tee boxes, fairways and greens all excellent. Bunkers with rock hard sand and marked as ground under repair. Interesting layout, hilly in parts. Long walk from 9th green to 10th tee. Slow play in front of us, leading to more and more waiting as the round went on. Will play here again, mostly because the conditions are so nice. Check in staff also very welcoming.
Course layout was great! Pine Trees had a great look and smell.
Short course but many dogleg rights and dogleg lefts. Hills on many of the holes.
Great greens
Second time in a week here! I came back because the greens roll absolutely wonderful! Fairways are in good shape also. Played in the rain today and course held up well. Great place to practice 3 wood & long irons off the tee.
Mother's Day
The course was in excellent shape...even though they had been closed for a couple months. Great round.
Good day for golf
Greens were in great shape ,coarse was dry so carts 90% was no problem. All in all everything was perfect.
Slow slow slow
Can't believe how slow it was for a wet Tuesday. One of the guys ahead of us had a cane... didn't even offer us to play through. No course staff anywhere to keep it moving.
Golf in all weather
The Nile course is a good round for honing skills. It was a drizzly day, greens good given wet weather. Fairways a bit muddy can't be helped in this climate.
Nile
Great Par 4 course . Leave your driver at home and crush it with your 3 Wood . Quiet and beautiful . Great pace . The most respectful grounds crew I have ever seen in Seattle ! Hole 3has a slightly goofy sharp dog leg left , but other than that a fantastic course , especially for the Value ...... Also a friendly Coyote lives on grounds ! So don't be alarmed ! Enjoy and Cheers !
Fun Course
It’s a short but challenging track to play. I enjoyed the course and would def play again.
The Nile in North Seattle
The Nile is always a great place to play on short notice and for the price paid. Well maintained and friendly staff. Great breakfasts in the bar.
Slow going
I've played Nile many times. In my opinion, it is getting way too crowded and slow to recommend. For a short course it should not take almost 5 hours to get in a round.
