Course Could be Very Good with Better Conditioning
Course layout is very good; however, lack of conditioning holds it back. Bunkers are not being maintained and several of the greens had distress. If conditions improve, course would be one of the better ones in the area.

Great layout, needs lots of TLC!
Just what the title says...needs lots of TLC. Facility conditions are getting run down. Kinda sad considering it's abvious that it used to be much better. All the bunker maintenance has ended a while ago. Most are partially grown in, making for an even more difficult hazard to play from.
