Platteville Golf & Country Club

The Platteville Golf and Country Club is a beautiful old style course. Loaded with mature trees, and plentiful elevation changes. The bunkers could have used a second raking as they dried out from the previous day's rain, but that is my only complaint on the conditions. The greens are in excellent shape and roll true, and the fairways are lush bent grass. Our entire group looks forward to playing it again.

My first time golfing here and won't be the last! Great course can't wait to play again!

I wish I lived closer to this gem. It has elevation changes, doglegs and plenty of very mature trees. The course is on the short side but don't let that fool you, the small greens and big trees will challenge you. The course is in fantastic condition and the staff is wonderful.

I like to make a golf date with my wife once a week. This week we picked this course thanks to GolfNow. This was challenging enough for me but well within my wife's capabilities. We had a great lunch afterwards in their newly remodeled club house. We would certainly play this course again.

Great course with some very challenging holes. It is in great shape.

Classic older course worth the trip to play you won't be disappointed

I liked the course with a variety of holes. The greens were smaller but a nice challenge. The course was in good condition. The only negative was the brake on my cart I had to always press a few times to hold. They should update their carts. Try this course you will like it.

Fall weather included hilly fairways and some colorful trees. Great setting for an afternoon round of golf on a nice course. Older style course with narrow fairways and lots of older large trees to make sure you keep your shots accurate. Smaller two putt greens, but harder to hit in regulation. Nice course I'd play again.

The holes seemed to play longer then the yardage posted. The greens were almost all sloped one way or the other. A great course to play for everyone.

Good value for the money.... Condition of course in great shape after the tornado.

Very fun golf course to play. A lot of high risk/high reward shots. Tight fairways, lots of trees.

This course is beautiful. The grounds crew were cleaning tree damage caused by a recent tornado and it still looked great. Mature trees and well kept grass. Will be back!

Course was an excellent condition and the weather made for a great afternoon. Very fun course to play with challenging greens. Will be back again.
