River Falls Golf Club

Traditional course. Tree lined w/small greens. Wide fairways w/most holes dogleg left or right. A lot of blind shots, recommend taking cart & driving ahead to see where you should be aiming if you are not familiar w/course. You can easily play 3 wood or hybrid off most tees. Greens in good condition & run at moderate speed w/some having quite a bit of humps in them. Parts of course don't seem to drain well - felt like you were hitting in a bog. Want to go back as will score better playing it a 2nd time.

This is a classic golf course. What u see is what u get. Course conditions were great - lush, green, beautiful. This was a totally enjoyable experience. A wonderful day of golf.

Very helpful to have prior knowledge of this course since positioning of tee shot is critical on several holes. Course was busy and we played behind a fivesome - who offered to allow us to play through on the 8th hole, but we deferred since a foursome ahead of them was playing slower than the five players ahead of us. Took almost 4 hours to play when we are used to finishing 18 holes in under 3 hours.

The course is pretty accessible since it is less than a mile off of 35. I booked it as at the last minute and got an incredible rate through GolfNow. Some challenging holes, including a few with some blind hazards. Would definitely play here again

I have used Golf Now many times. I have always been satisfied....until now. We teed off and it began to sprinkle. By the time we hit our second shot it was raining way to hard to play. I called about a refund as I drove home. I was told that since I bought a prepaid hot deal, that the course would have to have been closed, in order to get a refund! Golf courses don't close when it rains!! I am very disappointed!!!!

We played on a day when it hadn't rained for a few days. The course was in great shape, but the greens were very fast and difficult to read.
Overall, it is a nice course and very good value. We'll definitely go there again.

Course is in great shape. Staff does a very nice job. Very friendly and helpful.

Course is in great shape and excellent condition. Green will hold a shot into them. Lots of trees and nicely setup. Greens are running fast that day I played. Watch #3 elevated tee shot with heavy tree (woods) lined fairway, iron off the tee to get into the fairway then a blind shot at the green.
I will play River Falls Golf course again. I am coming back for revenge...lol

this is a nice course. No houses on the course until you get to 16 which is nice.
Course is in great shape as they all are right now.
greens were lightening fast until it rained. when we were on 12 it rained about an inch in 1/2 hour. the course held up quite well to the rain and the greens slowed down obviously.

We will come back.

Nice condition and we play at our pace. The course was clean feet for beginners.

This course is in great shape, very challenging even if you've played here before. There are tough blind holes/shots, greens are running true & fast. Overall great course at a great price.

Fun course to play. Greens are unpredictable, some very fast some slow. Saw a big Tom turkey on the course, so that was a good time. All in all, good bang for your buck.

Nice course with some quirky holes. Greens were good for May 1st - rolled true and had no winter burn. The course is shorter, medium tight with a number of hard doglegs. Position play is at a premium. Played carts were electric and moved right along. We will be back. Very scenic overlooks.

I payed for a cart but they didn't have any available at my tee time. They offered me a sleeve of balls as compensation. The course was in good condition, but there are many blind shots that require having played the course once or twice to know where to hit.

Course had a great layout and some great greens will play again

I enjoy the courses in western Wisconsin even though I live in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. The elevation changes and the geography create some interesting and challenging holes. River Falls Golf Course is enjoyable course offering a variety of challenges for all levels of golfers. Enjoy the late fall outing and would recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable course..
